基于中间件的电子银行清算系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 随着银行业务的拓展和电子化建设的推进,各银行都面临一些棘手的问题:如何确保联行资金的安全,如何加快跨行资金的周转,如何有效提高资金的利用率,从而提高银行的核心竞争力。而银行清算系统是银行内部的资金枢纽,直接决定了银行电子化的效率。银行清算系统是用于清偿各行由于办理支付结算及资金调度而产生的资金存欠关系的工具。清算系统是银行开展金融中介服务,增加业务竞争力的重要手段,也是国家金融市场必需的基础条件。我国的各银行清算系统近年来经过逐步改革和建设,清算手段电子化方面已有一定发展。然而,相对日益发达的市场经济对社会资金支付清算的更高要求,以及银行业的国际竞争压力,各银行清算系统还存在诸多不足点。因此,进一步改革现行的银行清算系统,建设适合银行自身的高效的现代化清算系统是各银行的必然选择。本文研究的目的就是建立一个具有国际清算能力,具有实时、高效、安全的银行清算系统。要建立一套好的银行清算系统,不仅要有相关的计算机技术知识,更重要的还必须具有相关的银行业务知识。本文会将涉及到的业务知识和技术问题作全面地探讨和研究。本文首先对我国银行业信息化建设的发展作了研究,确定了目前我国银行信息化建设的发展状况。通过从银行大集中模式的优势和实现银行大集中模式的安全性,说明了银行业选择大集中模式的必然性。并从实现全国数据大集中的基本模式和在银行系统中实现大集中模式的技术分析角度,对我国银行业实现全国大集中模式的处理作了可行性分析和研究,并选择了一种适合于本系统的大集中模式。在选定模式后,本文研究并选择了系统的硬件设备,并根据银行业务和控制的需要,确定了构建这个清算系统的应用软件平台和交易中间件,设计出了系统的网络拓扑结构。在理论研究的基础上,本文对一个清算系统作了总体的设计,这里面包括清算系统的需求分析、清算准则设定、业务功能模块划分等。同时,对整更多还原

【Abstract】 With the expansion of the banking and promotion of electronic construction,every bank faces the problem that one is thorny: How to guarantee to unite thesecurity of the conduct fund, how to accelerate stepping the turnover of theconduct fund, what a utilization ratio of improving the fund effectively, thusimprove the key competitiveness of the bank. And it is the fund pivot inside thebank that the bank clearing system determined the efficiency of bankelectronization directly.Bank clearing system is a tool of checking to relation of saving and owingthat discharge every fund that produce because of handling and paying settlingaccount and fund. It is that the bank launches the financial intermediary services,an important means to increase business competitiveness. It is basic conditionthat the national financial market is essential too. Every bank clearing system ofour country reforming and construction progressively in recent years, theclearing electronic respect of the means already has development certainly.However, the ones that paid and cleared to the social fund in relative developedmarket economy day by day were required higher, and international competitionpressure of banking, every bank clearing system exist a great deal of enough toorder. So it is all banks of inevitable choices to reform current bank clearingsystem and to build a high-efficient modernization bank clearing system.The purpose of this article studies is to set up owning an ability ofinternational clearing, owning real time, higher efficiency and security clearingthe system. To build up one outstanding bank clearing system, one must own notonly relevant technological knowledge of computer, but also relevant bankprofessional knowledge.
