【摘要】 目的 探讨炎症性肠病患者肠黏膜白细胞介素-5的表达及与疾病的关系。 材料和方法 活动性克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎患者分别为7例和25例;30例对照来自于非炎症性肠病患者手术切除之正常结肠组织。炎症性肠病的临床诊断均依据于常规影像学、内镜学及组织学标准。所有对照组患者肠镜及肠黏膜病理组织学检查结果均正常。采用免疫组化方法原位检测肠黏膜组织中白细胞介素-5蛋白表达量。 结果 免疫组化显示肠黏膜上皮细胞和黏膜固有层单个核细胞(主要是嗜酸性粒细胞)表达白细胞介素-5。比较活动期UC、CD患者肠黏膜上皮细胞IL-5表达,发现UC患者IL-5阳性染色强度高于CD患者,但二者差异无统计学意义(u=0.284,P=0.777>0.05)。UC、CD患者分别与正常对照相比较,均见显著性差异(u值分别为5.591、3.178,P值分别为0.000<0.01、0.001<0.01)。比较活动期CD、UC患者肠黏膜固有层内阳性细胞百分数,发现CD患者IL-5阳性细胞百分数高于UC患者,但二者差异无统计学意义(t=1.185,P=0.245>0.05);CD患者较正常对照有显著性差异(t=6.271,P=0.000<0.01),UC患者较正常对照亦见显著性差异(t=8.355,P=0.000<0.01)。 结论更多还原

【Abstract】 AIMTo investigate the expression of interleukin-5 in intestinal mucosa of patients with inflammatory bowel disease and its relationship with disease.MATERIALS AND METHODSSpecimens of 7 Crohn disease and 25 ulcerative colitis patients and 30 controls were studied by immunohistochemical staining. The clinical diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease was confirmed by the routine radiologic, endoscopic, and histologic criteria. All controls had normal colonoscopy, and the mucosal biopsies were histologically normal.RESULTSImmunohistochemical staining analysis localized the expression of interleukin-5 to intestinal epithelial cells and lamina propria (eosinophils, mainly). Staining was more intense in the intestinal epithelial cells of active ulcerative colitis compared with in that of Crohn disease, but there was no significant difference (u=0.284, p=0.777 > 0.05).
