配电系统STATCOM的分析及控制

【摘要】 随着高科技产业的发展和工业自动化水平的不断提高,电力用户对供电质量和可靠性越来越敏感。与此同时,利用有限电力能源在工业生产中达到最大的经济效益,节能就成了一个永恒不变的话题。本文提出的适用于配电系统的STATCOM可实现对低压配电系统无功功率的控制,达到提高功率因数、减少线路损耗、节约电能的目的。 论文首先主要介绍FACTS技术的发展、STATCOM在国内外的发展、STATCOM在配电网中发展前景及无功补偿的一些相关概念;其后整篇论文围绕STATCOM的实验系统的构建进行详细描述;最后以实验结果验证STATCOM的功能:可以在配电系统中快速根据负载变化进行无功补偿,提高功率因素,稳定电压的功能。 基于IGBT智能模块(IPM)构建的STATCOM主电路设计中,对主电路参数选择和缓冲电路设计都有详细理论分析介绍,并在所构建主电路的基础上论述了STATCOM的工作机理和对其控制策略进行探讨,提出了无功单闭环控制策略,在后面的实验中可以验证其可行性。 基于ADMC401和80C196KC双CPU控制系统设计中,用数字信号处理器ADMC401进行数据采集、软件滤波、瞬时无功计算、PI调节控制、SPWM驱动信号的发生等工作。80C196KC则主要完成键盘控制、显示输出、数据保存、信号传送等功能。控制系统的其他电路:数据采集通道、IGBT驱动模快和报警电路在论文中也有详细介绍。以上是控制系统硬件设计部分,而软件设计在论文中也在本论文有所论述。

【Abstract】 With the development and constant improvement of the industrial automation level of the Hi-Tech industry, the power customers are more and more sensitive to the power supply quality and dependability . At the same time, utilizing limited electric energy to reach the greatest economic benefits in industrial production, saving energy becomes an eternal topic . The STATCOM that this paper discusses is suitable for the distribution system and it controls the reactive power of the low-voltage distribution system to achieve the purpose to improve the power factor , reduce the line loss , economize the electric energy.At first the paper mainly introduces the development of FACTS technology, the development at home and abroad of STATCOM, STATCOM development prospect in the distribution network and some relevant concepts of reactive power compensation; Then the paper go on in detail describing around construction of experimental system of STATCOM; Finally it verifies with the experiments that STATCOM has the functions: compensating the reactive power according to load change among distribution system, improving the power factor, stabilizing the voltage of distribution system.In the design of the main circuit of STATCOM based on IGBT-IPM, the selection of the main circuit parameters and the design of snubber circuit are detailed and analyzed. Then the fact working mechanism of STATCOM and his control strategy are discussed on the basis of main circuit structured. Finally the reactive power closed-loop control strategy is proposed and can be verified its feasibility in the experiment later.In the design of double-CPU control system based on ADMC401 and 80C196KC, ADMC401 carry on data gather, software filter, instantaneous reactive power calculation, PI control and regulation, generation of SPWM signal for driving IGBT-IPM. 80C196KC mainly finishes the keyboard controls, LCD display , data keeping , signal conveying and so on.
