发输电组合系统可靠性研究

【摘要】 随着社会的进步和经济的发展,各行各业对电力的依赖性越来越大。电力既是一种物质资源,又是一种特殊的商品。为了适应市场竞争的需要,为了避免电力系统超高压、远距离、大机组、大容量的优越性被不利因素的影响所抵消,电力系统可靠性的研究越来越受到重视。尤其在电网的发展规划中,如何从众多可能方案中找出一种可靠性较高的方案,或者在现有的网络中,找到电网最薄弱的环节,把有限的资金用在电网最需要加强的那部分上,提高其可靠性,这就必须利用现代的可靠性理论,借助先进的计算机技术做科学的探讨才能达到目的。 在过去的几十年中,在电力系统可靠性方面提出了很多理论和方法。发输电系统是电力系统的主体部分,其涉及的设备种类较多,结构及运行方式复杂,故障模式往往是重叠的或相关的,对负荷点的供电可靠性有着极为重要的影响,其可靠性计算是当前电力系统可靠性研究和应用的前沿领域。本文对发输电组合系统的可靠性问题进行了比较深入的研究,建立可靠性评估的模型和算法,同时以某地区的电力系统为例进行了计算分析。研究的主要内容如下: 1.提出了发输电组合系统的模糊可靠性评估方法。该方法对元件的故障率和负荷数值用模糊数来表达,并根据本文所给出的发电机、变压器、输电线路和负荷模型,运用模糊运算法则,计算系统的各种可靠性指标,对发输电组合系统可靠性进行评估。应用这个方法,可同时分析随机和模糊两种不确定性事件对电力系统的影响,弥补了常规可靠性评估技术只能计及随机事件影响的不足。 2.根据本文提出的模型和算法,用VC++6.0编写了相应的计算程序,并给出了程序的流程图。 3.以110KV电压等级的地区电力网为例,结合电力系统的N-1准则,运用最大负荷供应能力(LSC)的计算方法,在对电网正常运行潮流计算的基础上,得出电网的各LSC值和系统可靠性指标。通过分析发现了系统的薄弱环节,提出了改进方案。 文中给出了详细的发输电组合系统的模糊可靠性评估方法和程序设计流程图,并以某地区110KV电力网的计算为实例,给出了大量的计算结果,证明了本文采用方法的正确性和有效性。
【Abstract】 With social progress and economy developing, more industries rely on reliability of power system. Electric becomes not only a sort of energy but also a special commodity. For electric market’s need and keeping the advantage of power system with huge capacity and far distance, power system reliability’s research becomes very important. Especially in the layout and design of power network, how to find the weakest segment of power network are very important. The department can spend the limited capital on the weakest segment to improve its reliability. Which can come true by using the modern times theory of reliability and with the aid of advanced technology of computer.During last three decades, various types of methods and arithmetic were introduced. A bulk power system including the generation and transmission system is constituted by many kinds of electric equipments. Its structure and operating mode are very complicated because the fault modes are often overlapped and correlated. So it plays very important role in the reliability evaluation of power systems. The research work in this field is at the front of the power system reliability assessment. The research on generation and transmission system reliability is a challenge for us. The main contents of thesis are as follows:1. Present a method for the fuzzy reliability evaluation of composite generation and transmission system. In this method, the fuzzy numbers are firstly introduced to express uncertain data. According to given the model of generation, transformer, transmit line and load in this paper, the various reliability indices express as fuzzy numbers are calculated by employing the fuzzy numbers operation rules. In this method, both the random and fuzzy events are considered simultaneously, and the drawbacks of conventional have been overcome.2. Based on the models and the algorithms, the correspondent program is carried out by VC++6.0.The program flow is given in this paper.
