【摘要】 危机管理是以市场竞争中危机的出现为研究起点,分析企业危机产生的原因及过程,研究企业预防危机,应付危机,解决危机的手段和策略的一种管理方法,它是企业管理研究领域的一个热点。二十世纪八十年代,美国开始将危机管理从政治科学领域拓展至经济管理领域,到了九十年代,随着企业危机的复杂多样,关于危机管理的研究更加受到国内外学术界和企业界的高度重视。我国的相关研究始于二十世纪八十年代末,但多是将研究重点放在企业危机防范、危机预警、危机处理等理论的定性化研究上。目前,还很少有学者对危机进行定量化的研究,也几乎没有学者对危机的转化性特征及规律进行研究。 企业危机产生的原因是多方面的,经过分析,我们不难发现,企业危机的产生多半是由于企业内部管理出错导致。本文结合危机管理的相关研究成果,应用消错学和消错逻辑的基本思想、理论和方法,对企业危机的模型创建,置换转化规律等方面的问题进行了初步的探索研究。其研究过程如下: 首先把企业危机抽象为一个对象系统,包括条件、结论、固有功能、目的功能和关系等五个子系统;同时针对该对象系统的数学模型,建立判别企业危机的规则系统的数学模型;然后形成企业危机系统的逻辑模型。最后通过应用消错逻辑理论,分析各危机逻辑系统中置换转化联结词与内涵联结词内涵分离的关系,揭示出企业危机系统中错误之间的置换转化关系,并得到了一个定理。 本文的创新之处在于应用消错逻辑理论,构建了企业危机的对象系统,通过数学模型系统分析了企业危机在转化过程中的形式与规律,从而为定量化的研究企业危机的缩减和转化提供了方法和思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Crisis managment is a kind of mangement way which takes appearance of the crisis in market competition as starting points for research, analyses the reason and course why enterprise’s crisis produces, studies the skills and tactics that enterprise prevent, cope with, and solve crisis. It is an emerging in the field of the science of management. In 1980s, U.S.A. began to expand crisis management from political scientific field to the economic management field, and by the 1990s, with the complicate and diversified of enterprise’s crisis, the research of crisis management is paid high attention to by the domestic and international academia and business circles. The relevant research of our country started at the end of the 1980s, but mostly focuses the study on enterprise’s crisis warning, crisis prevention, and crisis handling etc, especially qualitative research. At present, seldom has a scholar carried on quantitative research to the crisis, and also almost a scholar has not carried on research to the transformation characteristic and law of the crisis.The reason of enterprise’s crisis are in many aspects, and through analysis, we find that the reason of enterprise’s crisis primarily lies in the mistake of enterprise management. This paper, based on achievements accomplished on crisis management, tries to apply the fundamental thoughts, theories and methods of error-eliminating theory and error logic theory to dealing with such problems such as establishing the mathematics model, replacement transformation laws. And table the proposal.First the enterprise’s crisis is attracted an object system, which five subsystems is conditional subsystem, conclusion subsystem, inherence function subsystem, purpose function subsystem and relationship system. And then establish the rule system of distinguish enterprise’s crisis. Second, establish the logic model of enterprise crisis system. At last, applying the error logic theory, analyse the relationship between the replacement transformation word and connotative separation, reveals the replacement transformation relationship between the errors in enterprise’s crisis system.The key and highlighting contents of this paper is applying the error logic theory, establishing the object system of enterprise’s crisis, analying the form and law in the course of enterprise’s crisis transformation, and thus offering the method and thinking for researchingthe reducing and transformation of enterprise’s crisis quantitatively.更多还原
