矢量控制的软件实现方法研究

【摘要】 本文以研制应用于电动汽车的全数字化铷铁硼永磁同步电机矢量控制系统为工程背景展开。对矢量控制、永磁同步电机的数学模型、磁场定向控制策略、SVPWM空间矢量脉宽调制方法等理论问题进行了推导分析,重点对永磁同步电机的矢量控制算法在TMS320LF2407 DSP上的软件实现进行了比较深入的研究,并编写了相关的程序。本课题的研究对高性能电动汽车驱动控制系统的发展以及对我国电动汽车竞争力的增强具有重要意义。 首先,介绍了矢量控制的基本原理,并建立了永磁同步电机的数学模型,在此基础上对矢量控制中坐标变换进行了推导分析,并重点分析了永磁同步电机的转子磁场定向控制策略。 其次,介绍了电动汽车直—交变换逆变器的基本结构,并对空间矢量脉宽调制方法进行了分析,提出了永磁同步电机矢量控制的实现方案。并设计了相关的硬件电路。 接着,用MATLAB/Simulink仿真工具构造了基于磁场定向控制策略的速度—电流双闭环模型,并仿真了负载变化时电机各参数的变化过程,验证了该方案的可行性。 最后,针对矢量控制方案的功能要求,根据TMS320LF2407的编程特点,把整个软件设计分为主程序部分和中断程序部分,并划分为若干功能模块,分别对这些模块进行设计,最后把各部分功能模块进行综合,以完成整个软件设计。本文重点对其中的PID控制算法、坐标变换、SVPWM、转子位置和速度检测、电流采样与软件滤波算法、Sinθ和Cosθ的计算、显示与按键处理、CAN总线通讯设计等模块进行了分析,并给出了相关的流程图。最后在实验台上对整体软件进行了测试,实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的伺服特性和动态性能。 由于时间与实验条件所限,本控制系统只是在实验台上进行了测试,尚未安装到电动汽车上进行测试。对于整个系统的抗干扰性能测试和软

【Abstract】 This dissertation is based on the development of the Rb-Fe-B PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) vector control system applied to the EV (the Electrical Vehicle). The vector control theory, mathematical model of PMSM, field oriented control method and SVPWM method are deduced and analyzed, and the vector control algorithm of PMSM based on TMS320LF2407 DSP are studied, then the program is built. The study of this subject is important for the development of high-performance EV driving control system and the boost up of national EV industrial competition.At first, the basic theory of vector control is described and the mathematical model of PMSM is analyzed, and the method of rotor field oriented control is analyzed.Secondly, the basic structure of EV DC-AC inverter is described, SVPWM method is analyzed, and the scheme of PMSM vector control is brought forward, and then the hardware design is described.Then, a speed-current-double-feedback simulative model of field oriented control scheme is created on computer by MATLAB/Simulink, and the parameters of PMSM vector control system are simulated while the load varying, and the scheme is proved feasible.Finally, according to the functional requirements of vector control system and characteristics of TMS320LF2407, the whole system is divided into two parts of main program and interrupted program, and divided some modules. Then designing those modules dividually and synthesizing them to finish the system.
