【摘要】 大量研究显示,大强度长时间运动会引起机体内分泌系统紊乱,同时运动过程中生成大量的自由基,造成机体抗氧化能力下降,甚至造成组织损伤。穴位注射疗法已经有40年的历史,并配合中药在保健、损伤治疗、保健等方面有有着不少的运用。本实验目的在于揭示穴位注射生脉、黄芪和穴位注射本身对运动大鼠的生长发育、运动能力、某些激素水平及自由基防御体系的影响。为穴位注射疗法与生脉、黄芪在运动医学领域提供某些实验依据。 S-D雄性健康大鼠32只,体重180-220g,有陕西中医研究所实验动物饲养中心提供,同时购买基础饲料。动物于室温23±5℃,相对湿度40-60%清洁动物室中,照明随同自然变化。分笼适应性饲养7d后进行实验。 将大鼠随机分成四组:安静组8只(A)、训练对照组8只(B)、穴位注射生理盐水训练组8只(C)和穴位注射生脉、黄芪药物训练组8只(D)。B、C组和D组于动物跑台上先进行5周的适应性训练,然后进行2周大强度耐力训练,适应性训练期间每天训练20min,每周5d,坡度为0,跑速每周递增,分别为15m/min,22 m/min,27 m/min,31 m/min和35m/min,共5周:强化训练期间每天训练30min,每周7 d,坡度为0,速度为35m/min,共2周。第8周的第1天称重,麻醉后,断髓处死,立即取出心、肝、脑、肾和股四头肌置于冰生理盐水中洗净血液,用滤纸吸干,称重。测定心系数、肝指数、脾指数和胸腺指数以反映运动大鼠的生长发育情况;测定了主要血清酶(AST、ALT、LDH、CK)的一些生化指标;测定了部分反映运动大鼠的运动能力的部分激素(生长激素、血睾酮、皮质醇、心钠素)水平的变化:测定了各组织的SOD活性、MDA含量、CAT活性、GSH-Px活性等反映自由基防御系统的指标。 结果表明:(1) 运动训练可导致体重下降,穴位注射生理盐水和穴位注射药物都能抑制体重下降的趋势。(2) 穴位刺激和药物穴位注射能明显延长大鼠跑台至力竭的时间。(3) 经穴位注射过的后的耐力训练大鼠,血清AST、ALT、LDH、CK明显低于其运动对照组。(4) 穴位刺激和药物穴位注射能增强肝、肌糖原的增加。(5) 穴位刺激和药物穴位注射可以提高耐力性训练大鼠胰岛素、胰高血糖素水平,使胰岛素、胰高血糖素的下降得到了缓解,并对其它激素如血睾酮、生长激素、皮质醇有一定的调节作用。(7) 穴位刺激和药物穴位注射后的耐力训练大更多还原

【Abstract】 A large amount of research shows, large intensity sports meeting cause organism to be internal system disorderly , move course turn into a large number of free radical at the same time for a long time, cause the anti-oxidant ability of organism to drop, even cause and organize and damage . Acupoint-injection therapy has a history of 40 years, there is much application in keeping healthy , damaging the treatment, health care etc. to cooperate with the traditional Chinese medicine. This experiment purpose lies in announcing the point injecting Shengmai、 Huangqi and point inject itself to sport big mice growth , motor performance , some hormone level and influence , free radical of defence system of mouse. Offer some experiment bases in the field of sports medical science for Acupoint-injection therapy , Shengmai, Huangqi.32 S-D male healthy mice, weight 180-220g, raise by Shaanxi Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine animal used as test in the center offer, buy the basic fodder at the same time. Divide the big mouse into four groups at random: 8 quiet groups (A), contrast 8 groups in training (B), Point inject physiological saline training group8 one (C ) and Point inject shengmai and huangqi training group 8 (D ). B, C group and D group run platform carry on acclimatization training for one week early , go on large intensity endurance train one week on animal, training 20min every day during acclimatization training, every week 5d, the slope is 0, the speed runs to increase progressively every week, it is 15m/min respectively, 22 m/min, 27 m/min, 31m/min and 35, amounts to 5 weeks; Training 30min every day during the intensive training, every week 7 d, the slope is 0, the speed is 35m/min, amounts to 2 weeks. Weigh on the 1 st day of the 8th week, postanesthetic, the broken marrow is put to death , take out the heart , liver , brain , kidney and musculus quadriceps femoris and put and clean the blood in icing the physiological saline immediately , blot with the filter paper, weigh. Is it feel relieved coefficient , liver index , index , index of spleen and gland of chest in order to reflect sport old growth situation of mouse to examine; Determine the mainserum enzyme and reflect the big mouse material and some biochemical indexes of the metabolism of energy; It determine it is old some hormone of motor performance of mouse since it reflect sport partly (growth hormone, blood testis ketone, there is the plain in sodium alcohol, heart cortex) change of level; Determine and reflect that trains the categorised index of cell that the environment changes in the big mouse under the motion state; Determine such indexes which reflects the system of defence of the free radical as SOD activation , MDA content, CAT activation , GSH-Px activation of every organizationThe results shows: (1) Sports can cause the weight to drop to train, Point inject physiological saline and Medicine can reduce the downward trend of the weight . (2) Point inject physiological saline and Medicine can lengthen large mouse run from platform to time that strength exhaust obviously. (3) Endurance after what the point has been injected train big mouse whether serum AST , ALT , LDH , CK lower than sport their contrast group obviously. (4) Point inject physiological saline and Medicine can strengthen the increase with glycogenic liver, skin. (5) Point inject physiological saline and Medicine can improve the endurance insulin of big mouse of training, plain level of pancreas hyperglycemia, the decline making the insulin , pancreas with plain hyperglycemia has been alleviated, and if blood testis ketone , growth hormone , cortex alcohol have certain regulating action to other hormone. (7) Endurance behind the Point inject physiological saline and Medicine train big mouse is attentive, liver , brain , kidney , skeletal muscle , plasma every organization resist fat quality is it oxidize and remove free radical not to is it contrast group to stronger than obviously to pass (8) Point inject physiological saline and Medicine can improve the activation of SOD, CAT, GSH-Px enzyme of every tissue (the heart, liver, brain, kidney, skeletal muscle) of big mouse of sport.Conclusion: (1) Point inject physiological saline and Medicine can reduce the movement and cause the downward trend of the weight. (2) Point inject physiological saline and Medicine can lengthen large mouse run from platform to time that strength exhaust, resist tired function obviously. (3) Point inject physiological saline and Medicine lighten large intensity endurance sport to big mouse liver, cardiac muscle, skeletal muscle, kidney ,etc. damage of tissue cell. (4) Point inject physiological saline and Medicine can improve organism energy and store and have oxygen motor performances.
