基于GIS的坝系布局系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 近些年来,我国对黄土高原治理步伐在逐渐加快,淤地坝工程作为最有效的工程治理措施其建设规模在不断扩大。淤地坝规划的基础是坝系布局,布局合理与否关系最后投资。传统布局方法在流域特征分析如面积量算、提取沟谷线、绘制沟道断面等方面费时、费力、效率低下,如果涉及坝系调洪演算复杂程度就很大,所以致使传统布局方法成本较高,不能满足设计部门和审批部门的需求。随着地理信息系统等高新技术在自然、社会等行业的运用日趋成熟和广泛,如何将其空间分析和可视化表达功能与传统坝系布局的理论、方法相结合提高坝系布局设计和管理的效率、提高设计结果的科学性成为坝系布局的重要技术课题。本文是以黄土高原坝系布局为研究背景,在对韭园沟流域现状坝系和红石茆流域正在规划中坝系的布局方法进行考察分析基础上,以地理信息系统为重要技术支撑,以坝系相对稳定为核心理论,针对传统布局存在的问题进行了创新研究,提出基于地理信息系统的坝系布局思想。本系统把各坝系布局的专业模型用计算机语言来实现,结合小流域三维可视化环境,通过人机交互方式确定最终坝的数量、类型、建筑物组成以及进行动态分析。它的实现对于坝系布局工作是一个彻底的改变,为国家黄土高原坝系布局设计与决策提出了一个科学简便、形象直观的可视化分析方法,提高了坝系布局的效率,减少成本。

【Abstract】 In last years, more and more silt dam that is most effectual project measure is being built, with plenty of work was done for improving circumstance of the Loess Plateau in china. The layout of dam system is base of dam system plan, it is very important for economizing investment. The traditional layout method cast a lot of time and labor, when analyzing on catchment’s properties, such as measuring and calculating area, extracting ravine line and drawing section of ravine line. If the flood control operation is demanded, traditional method will be completed very difficultly. Because traditional layout method takes higher cost, it can’t meet request of department of designing and examining. In these days, high-technology, like GIS, having been used in lots of trade of nature and society, it has become an important problem that improving dam system layout and manage efficiency and design result veracity, with a method combining GIS’s spatial analysis and virtual reality function and traditional dam system layout theory and method. This paper expounded a dam system layout idea based GIS. It studied dam system layout on the Loess Plateau that technology-support is GIS, and core theory is dam system stabilization. In this system, computer simulated dam system layout model, and could dynamic analysis and get amount, type and composing of building, combining 3D visual modeling and Human-Computer interaction. This system that drastically changes dam system layout work, provides scientific, easy and visual method for dam system layout design and decision-making on the Loess Plateau, and improves dam system layout efficiency, and economizes investment.
