基于MapGuide的土地利用现状查询系统研究

【摘要】 土地是人类赖以生存和发展的重要物质基础,是人们生产和生活的载体。信息化时代的到来促使资源科学和环境科学进入系统化和定量化,利用GIS技术建立国土资源信息系统是信息时代国土资源管理的重要手段。国土信息化的两个基础是数据库建设和信息网络建设,其中数据库建设,是保证国土资源信息系统正常运转的关键;网络建设是国土资源管理手段现代化和社会化、公开化的迫切要求。随着Internet技术的迅速发展,利用GIS和Internet技术相结合,建立网络化土地信息发布与管理系统,是现代化土地管理的要求。而现阶段土地利用数据并没有完全数字化,土地利用信息管理和应用比较困难,国土信息化迫切要求士地信息的数字化和网络化。 本文在分析土地利用现状查询系统的网络系统结构基础上,进行了基于Internet和Intranet的系统总体设计,探讨了数据库建设的方法,研究了利用WebGIS对土地利用现状数据进行网络发布的技术。以乐山市金口河区为实例,探索了以Auto CAD为矢量化平台,Visual FoxPro为数据库管理平台,AutoDesk MapGuide为网络发布平台,运用JavaScript,ASP和VBScript等作为主要开发工具,建立基于MapGuide发布技术和空间数据库管理技术的应用信息系统的方法和技术,对建立县级土地利用现状网络查询系统的技术体系进行了有益的尝试,为利用MapGuide技术建立国土资源信息管理系统提供了成功的案例和方法。 本研究主要工作和得结果如下: 1.要实现网络浏览、查询和分析等功能,首先安排好系统结构和功能组成。本文在系统设计思想上进行系统总体结构和功能设计,使用户方便、灵活的操作,满足用户的需求。 2.数据是系统的灵魂,本文着重研究数据库设计和数据库建立。利用地星软件,完成了金口河区的土地利用现状的数字化工作,建立了以土地利用现状数据为基础的全区土地利用现状数据图形库,利用WebGIS软件对土地利用的各地图斑面积和土地类别进行显示。采用Visual FoxPro建立属性数据库,并连接图形库和属性库,实现了土地利用信息的网络浏览与查询。 3.本文以乐山市金口河区为实例研究,实现了金口河区土地利用网络查询。用户在网上不在是被动的浏览信息,用户可以根据自己的需要,实现地图漫游、放大、缩小等基本操作,实现属性查询,以及属性和图形互查,并能实现简单的空间分析,真正实现了基于网络的GIS应用。
【Abstract】 The land is the important material foundation of mankind existence and development . It is also the carrier of people’s life and produce. The coming of the informationization ages spur the resources science and the environment science turn into the stage of systematization and ration. At information ages, it is an important means of the national territory resources management that making use of the GIS technique to establish the national territory resources information system. Database development and information network development composed two foundations of national territory resources informationization. Database development is the key to the guarantee of the national territory resources information system run well; network development is the urgent demand that the means of national territories resources management become modernized, socialized and open. Along with the quick development of Internet technique, it is the modern request of land management that making use of GIS combine with Internet technique to establish network information system of land information announcement and land information management. But at present stage, data of land use have not completed digitized. It is difficult to manage and apply information of land use.
