【摘要】 21世纪是生命科学世纪已成为科学家们的共识,医药生物技术作为生命科学的重要部分,对人类生存和生活质量产生广泛而深远的影响正日益凸显。江苏省作为经济大省和人口大省,要持续发展,必须掌握科学发展的前沿并明确今后一个时期科学发展的主流和主导方向。为此,我们应该把握作为生命科学重要组成部分的医药生物技术的国内外发展趋势,结合本省实际情况,迅速确定医药生物技术在“十五”发展期间的重点领域和优先发展方向,以此形成和强化这一领域迅速发展的态势。 本文结构总共分成三部分。第一部分主要从国际、国内和江苏省三个层面上,分别对医药生物技术的发展现状及趋势作出分析。第二部分是在现状研究的基础上,针对江苏省的人口健康和医药产业发展作出需求分析。第三部分依据前两部分的描述和分析,着重提出了江苏省在“十一五”期间需要优先发展的医药生物技术重点领域,以及需要配套建设的研究平台。 本研究通过文献检索、理论分析、社会调查、专家咨询的方法,在把握世界生物技术和医药产业的发展趋势的基础上,瞄准国家目标,研究预测了我省生物技术和医药产业的发展趋势。依据研究基础,按照“统观全局,突出重点,有所为,有所不为”的指导思想选择确定能形成江苏生物技术和医药产业特色和优势的重点领域,并以提升江苏生物技术和医药产业的创新能力和竞争力为目标,提出提升江苏生物医药产业竞争力以及可持续发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 scientists have realized the 21th century is a life science century. As one of the most important parts of life science, Biology Medicine is effecting the environment and living pattern of people. Jiangsu is a province of flourishing economy and large population. In order to develop constantly, we must know the forward position of science development and make clear the main direction of it in the future .As the important part of life science, the Medical Biotechnology should grasp the direction and think it with the reality of province. In order to intensify the state of development rapidly, we should establish the key field and the advanced development direction.The article consists of three parts. The first part mainly analyzes the current situation and tendency of the Medical Biotechnology respectively from three angles of internation, China and JiangSu Province. Based on the first part, the second part makes the demand analysis, aiming at the population health and the development of medicine industry of JiangSu Province. Based on the above two parts, the third part puts forward the key field which needs devloping priorly and research platform for a complete set during the 11th -five-year plan for JiangSu Province.Based on the tendency of the Medical Biotechnology and medicine industry in the world, the study takes aim at national goals and predicts the tendency of JiangSu Province Medical Biotechnology and medicine industry by means of document retrevial, theoretical analysis,social investigation, expert consulting.
