【摘要】 农民是农村社会的主体,科学技术是现代文明的灵魂。农民科技意识不强成为制约农村社会全面小康和社会主义现代化建设的“瓶颈”。发展农村就要建构农民现代科技意识,使我国优秀的传统文化和现代文明相结合,是实现全面小康和农村现代化的长效机制,是治本之策。 科学技术只有在适合它的土壤中才能孕育和发展,它需要民主和市场。然而,由于因循守旧的落后观念、传统自给自足的生产方式、二元社会结构和制度安排等因素影响农民科技意识的建构。 建构农民科技意识需要市场、国家、社会和农民的共同努力。走农业产业化和农村工业化道路,让农民在市场活动中增强科技意识。国家承担从物质层面和制度层面给农民起点公平的竞争机会,给农村发展指引方向的责任。社会负责通过各种形式的培训和利用大众传媒,为农民创造学科技、用科技的良好平台。农民自身是关键,应树立与时俱进、艰苦创业观念,积极参与社会活动,培养民主、协作和开放精神。 通过运用历史与逻辑相结合、比较研究和结构功能分析等方法建构理想类型的当代中国农民科技意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Peasants are the main body of the countryside society. Science and technology are the soul of modern civilization. But at this stage, the level of Chinese peasants’ consciousness of science and technology is very low, which becomes the bottleneck of the construction of a well-off society in all-round way and the socialist modernization. To develop countryside, we should strengthen the peasants’ consciousness of science and technology, combine the modern civilization with our fine tradition together, this is a long-effect mechanism for the construction of a well-off society in all-round way and the countryside modernization.Science and technology can only grow in the suitable environment; its growth needs democracy and market. But the stick-in-the-mud conception, the traditional mode of production, the unreasonable arrangement of social structure and regulations as well as some other factors impose bad effect on the construction of the peasants’ consciousness of science and technology.The construction of Chinese peasants’ consciousness of science and technology is an arduous work as well as a system project, which needs the更多还原
