【摘要】 农业、农村和农民是我国现代化建设的基础,没有农业现代化就没有整个国民经济的现代化。农业现代化的定量测评研究对当前我国农业发展具有重要的理论和实践意义,尤其是广西这样相对落后的西部地区。 本文通过对现代农业相关理论的梳理与评析,在明确现代农业基本内涵、客观标准和阶段划分的基础上,构建了广西现代农业评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法配赋了各级评价指标的权重;然后建立了综合评价指标模型,借助大量的数据资料对广西现代农业的发展水平进行了全面深入的测评;最后根据评价结果分析了广西现代农业发展的现状,提出了广西现代农业发展的主要对策措施。 本文共分四章。第一章绪论,主要介绍本文的选题背景及意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法和论文结构;第二章介绍了现代农业的基础理论,包括现代农业的内涵、基本特征、客观标准、阶段划分及发展趋势;第三、四章属实证研究部分,对广西现代农业发展水平进行测算、评价,针对测评结果分析广西现代农业发展的存在的问题,提出了对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agriculture, countryside and farms are the foundation of our national modernization. It is impossible to achieve the whole national economics’ modernization without agricultural modernization. Agricultural modernization’s quantified evaluation has a great theoretical and practical meaning for our national agricultural development. Especially in less developed western areas, such as Guangxi.On the bases of analyzing modern agriculture relating theories and defining modern agriculture essence, criteria and stage partition, this paper founded Guangxi modern agriculture index system and endowed each level evaluating index weight by using ’Analytic Hierarchy Process’. This paper built a synthetic evaluating index model and made a comprehensive evaluation by using all the data of Guangxi. Eventually this report offered the main countermeasures on the development of Guangxi modern agriculture by analyzing Guangxi agricultural development’s current situation according to the evaluating result.This thesis consists of four chapters. Chapter 1: this part introduces the background and meaning of the subject, the theory which domestic and overseas scholars have made, the researching methods and contents; Chapter 2: this part introduces the basis theories of the modern agriculture, including defining modern agriculture essence, criteria, stage partition and developing trend.
