【摘要】 战后,独立后的东盟各国曾经主要依赖西方国家提供的经济援助以取得发展经济所需要的外汇资金,自1960年爆发战后第一次美元危机以后,西方国家先后减少了这类经济援助,于是东盟各国相应地采取了引进外国直接投资的政策,以缓和本国储蓄与投资的缺口,促进本国经济的发展。此后,借助外国直接投资的力量,东盟各国经济迅速崛起,成为世界经济舞台上的一个亮点。外国直接投资的流入,弥补了东盟各国国内资本的相对不足,促进了先进技术和管理经验的引进,推动了国内产业结构的优化,促进了经济发展水平的提高。因此,东盟各国积极利用外国直接投资的经验,成为世界各国竞相参考的对象。首先,本文从外国直接投资的引力机制理论与东盟各国投资环境与政策的相关性出发,结合近年来东盟在经济一体化方面所取得的巨大成就,具体分析了东盟各国对外国直接投资所具有的引力因素与优势;其次,本文通过回顾东盟国家在不同历史时期利用外国直接投资所呈现出来的规律和特点具体分析了东盟各国在利用FDI各阶段所呈现出来的对外国直接投资的引力特点;最后,本文针对外国直接投资在东盟各国经济发展中所起的积极与消极作用进行了实证分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the World War Ⅱ, the ASEANs once mainly depended on the western country’s economic assistance to acquire the foreign capital to develop the economy. Since the first Dollar crisis broke out in 1960s, the western countries successively decreased this kind of assistance. With a view to developing the economy, the ASEANs accordingly took the positive policy to foster the inward FDI to ease up the gap between save and investment. Hereafter, in virtue of the power of inward FDI, the ASEANs’s economy developed rapidly and became the light of the world’s economy.Inward FDI made up the relatively deficiency of inner capital, boosted the inflow of advanced techniques and managerial experiences, optimized the inner industry structure and improved the economy. Therefore, the ASEANs’s experiences of positive making use of inward FDI became the referenced object around the world.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the attractive factor of inward FDI that the ASEANs possessing from the theory of attractive mechanism of inward FDI and investment environment of the ASEANs and the integrated development of the ASEANs. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the attractive character of the ASEANs’s inward FDI in different stage of utilizing inward FDI by way of reviewing the character that the inward FDI flowed in the ASEANs. Finally, the thesis makes a demonstration on the positive and negative effect of the inward FDI on the economic development of the ASEANs.更多还原
