基于波反射的防雷变压器内部过电压分布的计算与仿真

【摘要】 变压器是极易受雷击损坏的电气设备,一旦遭受雷击损坏将影响电力系统的稳定运行,并给用户造成直接或间接的经济损失。为了加强变压器的防雷性能,本文提出一种新型防雷变压器的设计方案。 本论文介绍了新型防雷变压器的防雷作用的机理,给出配电变压器的电感、电容参数的计算公式。对防雷变压器在雷电波作用下的暂态过程进行了仿真。 本论文第一部分进行了雷电波的频谱特性的分析,应用波反射的原理对防雷变压器抑制感应过电压的作用做了详细的理论分析。并给出变压器圆筒式线圈的等值电路的绘制方法。 第二部分给出配电变压器的电感、电容的计算公式。并给出电容计算公式的推导方法。对在变压器厂订制的三相新型防雷变压器分布参数进行了计算,与实际测量值相符合。 在仿真部分应用基于MATLAB语言中Simulink的状态方程模块的仿真模型法,绘制出雷电波电压函数作用于它时的暂态过程。包括正、反变换过电压的仿真。防雷变压器新增附加绕组对这两种过电压都有较理想的抑制作用。通过对新型防雷变压器的分析研究,可以得出结论,这种新型防雷变压器的设计方案是切实可行的。

【Abstract】 Transformer belongs to the electrical devices which is vulnerable to lightning altack. Power system would lose its stability once a transformer suffers from the lightning attack, and thus economic lost would be turned out to the subscribers. This paper shows the design of a new type of lightning-proof transformer to enhance the lightning protection performance of the transformer.This paper introduced the mechanics of New Type Lightningproof Transformer (NTLT) and presented the computing formula of the inductance and the capacitance of the transformer. The simulation of the transient process of the NTLT under the lightning waves is given.The first part of this paper is to analyses the frequency spectrum of some lightning waves, and to give a particular analysis of the function of the restraining of the induction overvoltage to the NTLT using reflection wave fundamentals. Also, the protract method of the equivalence circuit of the columnar windings of the transformer is given.The second part introduced the computing formula of the inductance and the capacitance of the transformer and the deduction of these formulas. The distribution parameters of the 3 phases NTLT is computed and is proved by the facts of the measurement.The simulation model based on Simulink state-space block of the language of MATLAB is used to give the image of the transient process of the lightning wave voltage function. Positive and reverse transformation ofovervoltage simulation is included. The attached windings of NTLT have satisfactory effects on restraining the two types of overvoltage. Through the research of the NTLT, it could be concluded that this new type lightningproof transformer is efficient and effective.
