信息系统工程监理机制的研究与监理信息系统的设计

【摘要】 信息系统工程监理是信息系统工程领域的一种社会治理结构,是独立的第三方机构为信息系统工程提供规划与组织、协调与沟通、控制与管理、监督与评价方面的服务,其目的是支持与保证信息系统工程的成功。由于信息系统工程监理在国内刚刚起步,加强对监理机制的研究是非常有必要的。 本文在论证信息系统工程建设引入监理机制的必要性的基础上,详细分析研究了信息系统工程监理机制的内容、范围以及实施,特别是针对信息系统工程中的软件项目监理机制进行深入探讨,提出对软件质量控制应该按照软件工程瀑布式周期模型分阶段进行实施监控的思路。软件质量控制的前提是软件质量的评价,本文根据IEC/ISO 9126系列标准,为软件质量的评价构建一个由特性层、子特性层、指标层、数据层组成的层次质量评价模型,因为数据层是可以通过各种已有的测试手段而得到,因此,这样一个质量评价模型成功地量化了软件质量属性。 在评价过程中,由于神经网络联想记忆模型具有可以根据事物的部分信息联想出事物的全部信息的特点,本文将其应用于软件质量评价中,使得质量评价的结果更为准确。另外,由于软件质量本身具有模糊性的特性,在评价过程中采用模糊评价方法中的隶属度函数将其模糊化,更为客观地反映了质量特性在各个质量等级上的隶属程度。最后,文章给出了一个监理信息系统的基本框架,并将质量评价模型应用于其中。

【Abstract】 Information system engineer supervision is a kind of social administration structure in area of information system engineer. It is an independent third party that offers services of the planning and organization, coordination and communication, control and manage, supervision and evaluation for information system engineering. Its purpose is to guarantee the success of the information system engineering. Because information system engineer supervision just started at our country, it is very necessary to strengthen the research of information system engineer supervision.Based on argumentations of the necessity of introduction supervision mechanism to information system engineering, this paper analyzes the content, range and execution of information system engineering supervision in detail. The software project supervision is discussed deeply in particular. And for software quality control, the paper presents an idea that it should be done according to the stages of software development life cycle. Software quality evaluation is the precondition of software quality control. The paper constructs an layer model for software quality evaluation based on the IEC/ISO 9126 serial standards, which is made up of characteristic layer, sub-characteristic layer, index layer and data layer. Because the data layer can be achieved by various existing testing methods, so the software quality evaluation model can quantitate the software quality properties.In the course of evaluation, neural network associative memory model has the characteristic of which associate the all information through some information of thing. This paper applied it to software quality evaluation, and made the result of quality evaluation more accurate. In addition, for the software’s quality itself has fuzzy characteristic, the software quality evaluation model adopts membership degree function of fuzzy evaluation to objectively reflect the membership degree of quality characteristic on each quality levels. At last, a basic frame of supervision-MIS is proposed, and the software quality evaluation model is applied to it.
