【摘要】 管理是一种生产力。中越边境旅游经过12年的发展,在管理方法上取得了很大进步,但还存在不完善的地方。本论文研究的目的在于通过对中越边境旅游管理存在的问题的分析,提出相关的对策,以便完善中越边境旅游管理,为中越边境旅游持续、快速、健康发展提供一个良好的管理保障。本文认为中越边境旅游管理是以人要素为主体,以旅游资源要素为依托,以制度要素为保障,以市场管理要素为对象,以两国管理协调要素为基础而进行的系统管理工程。 全文共分为5个部分。导言主要介绍了本文的研究背景及研究意义、研究现状,并对全文的篇章结构进行了说明;第二章引入系统管理理论作为中越边境旅游管理的理论平台;第三章阐述了中越边境旅游管理发展概况及存在的问题;第四章作者在原有管理经验基础上,根据中越边境旅游的实际情况,提出了中越边境旅游管理的对策;最后是结束语,对全文进行了简要总结,讨论本文的局限和不足,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Management is a kind of productive force. With twelve- year development of Sino- Vietnamese border tourism, the tourism management methods are much perfect but still have some defects. The research aim of this dissertation is that it suggests the countermeasures concerned by analyzing the issues of Sino- Vietnamese border tourism management so as to improve Sino- Vietnamese border tourism management for developing Sino- Vietnamese border tourism faster and better. The management of Sino- Vietnamese border tourism is a systematic management project that embodies the following key factors. It bases on the bilateral coordination and regards human is its main body and relies on tourism resource. Its object is market management factor and is guaranteed by mechanism factor.The dissertation consists of five parts. Chapter Ⅰ simply introduces the background and significance of this study; In light of System Management Theory, Chapter Ⅱ, i.e. the Sino- Vietnam Border Tourism Management takes it as its theoretical framework; Chapter Ⅲ expounds the development of Sino- Vietnamese border tourism management and analyzes the issues of Sino- Vietnamese border tourism market; Chapter Ⅳ expounds the countermeasures of Sino- Vietnamese border tourism management according to the original management experience and the actual situation of Sino- Vietnamese border tourism; Chapter V gives an outline of the main ideas among this dissertation, points out its deficiencies, and makes some suggestions for future work.更多还原
