【摘要】 党的十六届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》指出:“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展。”这是我们党适应新世纪新阶段全面建设小康社会的客观要求提出的科学发展观。把“以人为本”作为科学发展观的核心,继承了马克思主义人本思想的精髓,深化了对社会主义建设规律的认识,开辟了共产党执政理念的新境界。 作为党和政府喉舌的我国新闻传播媒介,是一项与“人”密切相关的社会事业。那么,在我国新闻媒介的报道实践中到底需不需要建立以人为本的理念?如何建立以人为本的报道理念?如何在新闻的报道理念中自觉的贯彻以人为本的思想,以推动社会主义现代化建设健康和谐的发展?在当前的新闻实践坚持“以人为本”报道理念中,又存在着什么样的缺陷和误区?这些问题都成为了我国目前新闻传播学领域讨论和探索的热点。 本文在吸收和借鉴国内外相关学术成果的基础上,融合新闻学、传播学以及相关学科的理论和方法对以人为本新闻报道理念做系统考察和审视。从探讨“以人为本”这一科学发展观的核心内涵和思想源流入手,分析我国新闻媒介建立以人为本报道理念的意义与价值,理清我国新闻事业中对这一报道理念的发展脉络,并结合我国新闻媒体的传播实践活动,从思想观念和操作层面上探讨其具体的传播规律和规范。以期待对在将来我国的新闻实践有一点借鉴作用,使我国的新闻媒介能更好地贯彻和坚持以人为本的报道理念,弘扬科学精神和人文精神,提高媒介素养,为推动小康社会的全面建设起到更好的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 <The Decision on perfecting several questions of socialist market economy system of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China > been passed in The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee of Communist Party pointed out that: Insist on people first, establish overall, coordinate , sustainable development view, promote the economic society and people’s overall development. This is our party in order to meet new stage to build objective scientific development view that demand get out of well-off society in an all-round way new century. Regard " people first " as the core of the scientific development view have inherited the marrow of Marxism humanism thought, have deepened the understanding of socialist construction law, Opened up The Communist Party in power new realm of idea.As the Party and government mouthpiece, the media in our country, It is a social cause closely related to " people ". Does it need to practice the people first idea? It how to set up the idea? In the course of present practice, what kind of defect and mistaken idea it has? These questions have been focused by the of journalism and communication scholar in our country.This thesis is on the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from relevant academic achievements both at home and abroad. Merge the theories of journalism and communication, relevant theory and method of discipline to people first news report idea make system investigate and examine closely.
