【摘要】 随着我国加入WTO、市场经济的日益发展、现代通信技术的飞速发展和竞争的全球化趋势,越来越多的城市和企业开始意识到物流的重要性。物流产业作为运用高新技术改造和整合传统产业而形成的新兴产业,正在全球范围内迅猛发展,被人称为降低物料消耗、提高劳动生产率之外的“第三种利润源泉”。于是,市场上就出现了多品种、小批量、产品多样化、消费多样化的趋势,物流配送就是为适应这种情况而产生的新的服务理念。 本文分析了国内外物流配送发展现状,以美国、日本和中国为代表进行对比研究,比较分析各国的配送现状。并进一步分析了广西医药物流现状,同时深入JH医药公司对其物流流程现状进行了调研、分析,对物流流程再造的可行性和必要性进行了论证和分析。最后,笔者利用现代物流理论知识充分结合JH医药公司的物流现状拟订出了流程再造方案,并将附注实施后的新流程运营数据与旧流程进行了充分的比较、分析,从而得出了新流程的优势之处,并从中得到了一定的经验和启示。 希望本文能给南宁市乃至广西的企业物流再造提供一些帮助和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the entrance to WTO of China, the development of Marketing, and the advancement of communication development, more and more enterprises and cities begin to aware of the importance. Logistics industry as the new industry, which is found of transforming with the new and high technology and traditional industrial merger, is developing rapidly in the global range. It is known as "the third kind of profit source" outside reducing the supplies consumption and raising labour productivity. So, little lot、 production making varied、 consumption making varied. The fresh service concept, distribution, comes into being in the interest of adapting to this situation.This paper analyses the present distribution development situation at home and abroad. Moreover with the U.S.A, Japan and China is in the interest of representatives, comparatively studies and analyses the present situation of every nation. And further analyzing GuangXi medicine logistics procedure situation , at the same time investigating and analyzing deeply JH medicine company’s logistics procedure situation and proving and analyzing necessary and practice of the reconstruction of logistics procedure.
