【副题名】行星减速机的模糊可靠性优化设计研究

【摘要】 本文分析和讨论了现有的少齿差行星减速机在结构上存在的缺陷,提出了一种新的内平动少齿差行星减速机的设计。该方案充分利用了少齿差传动的原理,并在结构上力图减轻振动、噪声、发热等带来的不利影响,是一种适用现代机械对传动技术的新要求的一种新型传动装置。 文章中对该方案进行了动力分析,计算分析得出环板偏心之间相位差为180°能够使减速机的惯性力和惯性力矩达到完全平衡。利用功能强大的工程设计软件PRO/ENGINEER进行了虚拟设计,效果比较好。文中还对减速机进行了结构分析,并采用齿廓重叠干涉条件G_s向不发生齿廓干涉条件的临界值e逼近的方法求出内外齿轮的变位系数,从而增大重合度,减小机构尺寸,提高传动质量。 在传统设计的基础上,还根据减速机的工作特点和设计要求,运用模糊数学的原理对减速机进行了模糊可靠性分析,建立了减速机的可靠性数学模型,将减速机的模糊优化模型转化为常规的优化模型,并利用相应的工程软件MATLAB对减速机进行了优化计算。

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing and discussing the structural weakness of present planetary gear reducer with few teeth difference, this dissertation gaves a new scheme of planetary gear reducer with few teeth difference. Through adequately making use of the theory of few teeth difference transmission, and alleviating disadvantages of liberation, noise and over-heat, the novel gear reducer gives new way to meet the needs of the developing mechanical transmission.In this dissertation, kinetic analysis is presented by calculation and analysis, conclusion are drawn that the inertia force and moment of gear reducer can be completely balanced when phase difference among eccentric- ity of ring plates equals 180° .Taking advantage of the powerful technical software, PRO/ENGINEER,carry out the virtual design with a good result.This dissertation also decides modification coefficient of few teeth difference transmission by the methods which the interference condition GS is made to approach the expected critical value e under which there is no interference. When the coefficient of offset is used to design modified gears,the contact ratio ,is increased besides a reduction in gear size, and no interference will occur.And based on traditional design, for the design requirements and the working condition, a fuzzy reliability model is established by using principle of fuzzy mathematics and analysis of fuzzy reliability of gear reducer. Accordingly,the fuzzy-optimization model is changed to routine-optimization model. Optimization codes are also programmed to solve the problem by means of another powerful software MATLAB.
