面向协同设计的产品数据管理体系结构及关键技术研究

【摘要】 研究课题来源于广西科技攻关项目“PDM、ERP软件开发—企业产品数据管理软件开发(桂科攻0330005-2B)”,本文主要是对协同设计环境进行研究以及对图文档和产品结构配置管理进行研究与开发。 为了及时响应当前全球化市场的快速变化,在最短时间内开发出高质量产品,企业进行的产品网络化协同设计工作受到越来越多的重视。同时,产品数据管理(PDM)是一种管理产品整个生命周期内所有与其相关信息和过程的技术,是实现企业信息集成的关键。因此,本文正是将产品数据管理作为出发点,从协同设计环境、图文档管理和产品配置管理等方面来研究面向协同设计的产品数据管理中的关键技术问题。 本论文根据制造业的实际需求,在协同设计领域运用产品数据管理技术,利用面向对象技术,对面向协同设计的产品数据管理体系结构和关键技术做了一定的研究,提出面向协同设计的产品数据管理系统模型框架,并具体构建基于Multi-Agent的图文档和产品配置管理结构模型。同时,研究开发了比较完整的图文档管理、产品配置管理模块以及协同工具,它们在增强设计人员之间的交流协作、缩短设计周期以及提高产品质量等方面都起到十分重要的作用。

【Abstract】 The subject stems from the project provided by the scientific and technological bureau of Guangxi. The title of the project is "PDM and ERP software development-development of product data management system (0330005-2B)". This thesis emphasizes on research of collaboration-oriented design environment and development document management and product configuration management in product data management system.In order to respond to the fast changes of the global market, and to develop the required product with high quality in a short time, enterprises are now focusing on collaborative product development within themselves. PDM (product data management) is the technology to manage product-related information and processes throughout the lifecycle of product. It is the essential element of information integration for enterprise. This thesis starts from the technology of product data management, discusses the key technology of product data management in collaboration-oriented design environment.According to real requirement of manufacturing enterprise, using in the field of collaborative design and using object-oriented technology, the product data management key technology facing collaborative design is deeply researched in this thesis. Some results are made not only in the aspects of the collaborative-design-oriented product data management systemic modal and frame, but also in the specific architectures of distributed document management system and model of product configuration based Multi-Agent constructing. Document management,product configuration management and collaborative tools are developed and the results are satisfactory in enhancing the collaboration of designers, shortening design period and improving product quality.
