【摘要】 从门泽尔的“正式交流”和“非正式交流”论到米哈依诺夫的“科学交流论”,非正式信息交流在科学交流体系中的作用和地位都处于弱势。直到90年代网络技术的快速发展,Internet的快速升温,非正式信息交流才开始重新被广泛认可。相对于传统的非正式信息交流工具,网络环境下都有相对应的交流工具,Email相对于传统信件、实时互动工具ICQ、QQ等相对于传统的面对面和电话交流、网上学术会议相对于传统的学术会议等等,这些网络环境下新兴的交流工具不仅继承了传统非正式信息交流工具的特点,更具有其独特的优点,也是传统非正式信息交流工具无法比拟的。 本研究首先介绍了前人提出的一些主要交流模式,例如申农的信息交流模式、拉斯韦尔信息交流模式等,并总结了这些传统模式存在的不足。然后对网络环境下交流工具的重新鉴定,提出了以“是否有专业人员进行加工处理”作为网络环境下正式交流和非正式交流的划分标准,并讨论了构成网络环境下非正式交流模式的各种非正式交流工具与其相应传统交流工具的比较,总结了网络环境下非正式交流的优势和弱势。博客是一种新兴的交流工具,本文讨论了其功能以及对高校的影响,并将其作为网络环境下非正式交流模式的一个重要组成部分。虚拟实验室可以说是众多交流工具应用的一个集合体,在高校教学、科研中也起到了相当大的作用。 正因为网络环境下非正式信息交流的复兴,它不仅给人类的生活、工作等都带来了很大影响,而且给科研,尤其是高校科研带来了变化。高校科研是全国科研的一个中心所在,而大学生和教师又是高校科研的主体,网络环境影响了他们的学术交流、讨论方式,这些都会在本质上影响他们的科研成效。 本研究从对网络环境下非正式信息交流对高校科研的影响程度进行探讨,结合从高校师生对网络的应用状况调查,细化各种非正式交流工具并进行分析。本文针对网络环境下非正式信息交流和高校科研之间可能存在的一些关系提出若干假设,然后采用问卷调查的方式进行收集数据,并对调查结果进行统计分析,采用数据挖掘思想从深层次、多角度进行分析,来更好的探讨网络环境下非正式信息交流对高校科研的影响关系,验证或反驳所提出的假设,最后从不同角度提出了网络环境下非正式交流模式,这些是网络环境下非正式交流工具在高校教学、科研中具体应用的模式图,具有实际意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the scientific communication theories such as "Formal and Informal Communication Processes" and "Scientific Information Communication" theory, the station and function playing in the scientific communication system of informal information communication are on bad status. Until the network technology gets the fast development in the 1990s, Internet is intensified fast, informal communication just begins to be approved extensively again. Relative to tradition communicative tool of informal information, all there is a corresponding communicative tool under the environment of the network. Email is relative to traditional letter, Real-time inter-dynamic tools such as QQ, etc. are relative to tradition face-to-face and the telephone, Online academic meeting relative to traditional academic meeting. These new developing communicative tools under the environment of the network not only inherit characteristic of traditional informal information communicative tools. They have its unique advantages even more, that communicative tools of the traditional informal information are incomparable.The research introduces some communication modes that forefathers put forward, such as the Shannon information communication mode, Lasswell’s information communication mode, etc., and has summarized the deficiency that these traditional modes exist. Then the paper makes the other qualification of the communicative tool under the environment of the network, proposes " there are or not professional personnel that process the information " as the division standard of formal and informal communication under the environment of the network. And it compares the differences of various kinds of informal communicative tools under the environment of the network and traditional environment.
