改性有机硅防水剂的试验研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了常见防水剂的分类、作用机理及国内外防水方面的研究和发展现状:讨论了有机硅聚合物在混凝土中防水成膜机理以及其存在的缺陷。针对目前有机硅改性存在问题,提出合理的改进工艺。 以单因素方法为基础,研究分析了改性有机硅合成反应中的影响因素,包括:单体的选择和比例、乳化剂的种类和掺量、引发剂的种类和掺量、合成温度、搅拌速度、单体添加顺序等对合成过程及产品性能的影响。 按照相关标准,对产品进行了性能测试,测试内容包括内掺对砂浆、混凝土的各项性能及外涂防水的性能等。 研究结果表明:通过调整改性合成的各项影响因素、可以改善合成过程的稳定性及产品的性能。在0.5%掺量下,砂浆的抗渗压力比可以达到267%,混凝土渗透高度降低到55%。外涂防水砂浆吸水率降为2.1%,改性有机硅防水剂的性能优于有机硅。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the types, the action mechanism, the research and development of commonly used waterproofing agents both domestic and abroad were introduced. The film-forming waterproof mechanism of organo-silicone polymer in concrete and the occurring drawbacks were also discussed. In accordance with the problems in modified synthesizing technology of organo-silicone, a proper modified technology was proposed.Based on mono-factor method, the factors influencing on the stability of emulsion polymerization and the performances of product were discussed in detail, which include the types and the adding ratio of monomers, emulsion and micromole, the temperature, the time, the agitating speed and monomer adding order in the synthesizing process.According to relative criterion, the performances of modified organo-silicone waterproofing agent were tested. The testing contents include both the performances of adding in mortar and concrete and that of waterproofing coating on mortar.The results show that the stability of emulsion polymerization and the performances of product could be improved by adjusting technology parameters. At the 0.5% dosage, the penetration pressure of mortar is increased up to 267%, the penetration depth of concrete reduced to 55%, and the water absorption ratio of the mortar with modified organo-silicone coating decreased to 2.1%. The comprehensive performances of modified organo-silicone waterproofing agent are prior to that of organo-silicone.
