电梯上行超速保护装置检测系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 本课题研究的目的是开发一套高效可靠、技术先进的检测系统,用于检测电梯上行超速保护装置的性能质标。电梯上行超速保护装置是一种能可靠制停电梯超速上行的安全部件,2005年国家强制要求在电睇上装设此安全部件,因此电梯上行超速保护装置及其检测系统的研发都迫在眉睫。 根据电梯上行超速保护装置夹绳器样机的工作原理和结构特点,以及电梯制动要求,在对夹绳器的动力学分析基础上,本课题提出了电梯上行超速保护装置的检测方案。本课题将可拓检测技术和虚拟仪器技术应用到检测系统中,成功地设计出一套高性能、多功能的电梯上行超速保护装置专用检测设备和软件。硬件设计中根据检测项目要求选择了最佳的检测方法和相应的传感器,并完成了智能传感器(压力数显测量仪)和基于USB接口的外置式数据采集(DAQ)系统的设计。本文编制了虚拟仪器检测软件,以图形化语言LabVIEW为开发平台,实现了检测系统的数据实时采集、实时分析处理,为检测系统提供了友好的人机界面。最后利用模拟试验验证了检测系统的正确性和可靠性。 本课题所研发的检测系统具有稳定可靠、操作界面好、试验效率高、自动化程度高等特点,实现了对电梯上行超速保护装置——夹绳器的多参量的质量性能检测。该系统可作为生产单位和电梯检测机构的上行超速保护装置检测装置。

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the research of a suit of efficiently dependablely and technique forerunner detection system, using for detecting an up-direction overspeed protection device of elevator. The elevator up-direction overspeed protection device is a safe parts for stopping the elevator overspeeding in the up direction, and is a 2005 national and compulsive the request equip that the one of the safe parts on the elevator, therefore as to the elevator up-direction overspeed protection device and it’s detecting system are development of the utmost urgency.According to the work principle, mechanical structure characteristics of the rope gripper’s prototype and given requirement of stopping the elevator, the measure project of the elevator up-direction overspeed protection device is proposed, based on the dynamics analysis of the rope gripper. This paper applies extenics and detecting technology and virtual instrument technology into the detecting system, successfully designing outing a high performance, many functions detecting equipments and software of the elevator up-direction overspeed protection device. In the design of hardware, the optimal detecting measure and corresponding sensors were selected basing on requests of the detecting item, intellectual sensor (digital pressure instrument) and an outside place type data acquisition (DAQ) system based on USB interface were designed in the same time. This paper has also developed the detecting software of virtual instrument with the platform of the Graghic Programming Language-LabVIEW, which has test data’s real-time sampling, analysis and processing. The software provides friendly man-machine interface for the detecting system. Finally, this detecting system has verified accuracy and dependability by using imitate experimentThe system that developed has such advantages as high stability and dependability, friendly operation interface, high testing efficiency, high degree of automation, which has realized many parameter quantity function measure of the elevator up-direction overspeed protection device. It can be used as detecting equipment of the elevator up-direction overspeed protection device in productionmanufactures and examining organizations.
