住宅空调的技术与经济分析

【摘要】 随着我国国民经济的持续快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,住宅建筑得到迅速发展。人们对居室装潢布置、品位的要求和对空调的舒适性、空气品质的要求越来越高。住宅建筑空调的节能已成为我国建筑节能工作的重要一环。本文对住宅空调的方案及经济性进行了全面地分析研究,结合地区的能源结构,提出了经济适用的空调方案。 本文通过建立了计算房间动态负荷的模型,利用建筑热环境设计模拟工具包DeST-h进行了房间负荷计算,为能耗分析奠定了基础。 将住宅建筑的夏季供冷和冬季供热综合考虑,提出了多种可能性空调方案,逐一进行技术分析。根据不同类型的机型的部分负荷性能,采用线性回归的方法,得出机组特性曲线方程,从而模拟计算出运行能耗。 从购买一定种类能源的费用(包括初投资和运行费用)方面入手,采用综合能源价格法进行经济分析,得出最优空调方案。 本文提出的空调方案对新建的住宅建筑及既有住宅建筑的空调系统设计、改造具有一定的参考和推广价值。
【Abstract】 In company with the persistent and instant development for our national economy, along with the improvement of the demotic standard of living, the residential construction has grown beyond example. Persons have required more and more high to decoration, disposition and tenor of the sitting room, air-conditioning amenity and air quality. Air-conditioning energy conservation has become one important aspect for the work of our energy construction. The paper has analytically studied the scheme and economy of the air-conditioning residence. Combining the regional structure of energy , brought forward the economic and serviceable air-conditioning proposal.Erecting the dynamic load carrying model of figure room, utilizing constructive thermal environment design simulative tool kit DeST-h , went on the load reckon of room. From above, it could be established to the foundation of dissipation of energy analyses.For the residential construction, the cooling in summer and the heating in winter should be carried out comprehensive consideration. On the score of it, this paper produces a great variety of the feasibility of air conditioning proposal and proceeds technical analysis one after another. On the basis of the part-load performance of different type of aircraft, adopted the route of linear regression, arrived at the characteristic equation of assembling unit, which made the running dissipation of energy simulate calculated.Starting with the purchase to a certainty variety of energy source, the paper proceeds economic analysis adopting the farad of syntheses energy price. Ultimately, the optima air-conditioning scheme could be arrived at.This air-conditioning scheme has presented definite value as reference and generalization.
