大跨度结构在杭州大剧院工程中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文以杭州大剧院这一实际工程为背景,研究了多种大跨度结构在该工程中的应用。由于杭州大剧院独特的外型和内部功能的要求,大跨度结构在该工程中得到了大量的运用,如双曲椭球面的后屋盖采用了空间钢网壳结构体系;圆锥面的前屋盖玻璃幕墙采用了空间钢桁架结构;舞台及观众厅等大跨度楼屋盖采用了预应力混凝土结构。 本文研究了由双曲壳和倒置圆锥壳组成的复杂网壳结构的静力性能。该结构整体建筑造型新颖美观,结构的局部部位形状及连接方式则较为复杂,针对这一结构形式,本文对其静力性能进行了较为系统、深入、全面的分析。文中介绍并分析了大剧院的结构形式、计算模型、荷载工况及其组合,采用ANSYS程序对该结构进行线性计算,对结构在各工况下的位移、轴力、应力等静力性能进行分析。研究了圆锥面的前屋盖玻璃幕墙采用的空间钢桁架结构,介绍了三种结构方案,并对三种结构模型进行了强度及变形计算,并给出计算结果,并分析了三种结构方案的优劣,同时还介绍了钢桁架与屋脊钢桁架连接处的一种特殊的节点连接形式。文中还分析研究了预应力混凝土结构的优化设计,介绍了观众厅、舞台楼盖预应力混凝土结构设计、主舞台多层预应力混凝上框架考虑张拉施工方案的计算分析及预应力混凝土结构的现场检测。 最后,本文对所有研究工作进行了总结,得出了对于此类大空间复杂结构工程有重要参考价值的结论,并指出今后进一步的研究中亟待解决的问题。
【Abstract】 In this thesis, combining with the Hangzhou Grand Theatre, some kinds of long span structure were analyzed. Because of the especial requirement and architectural function, the long span structures were widely applied in the Hangzhou Grand Theatre. For example, the back roof of hyperboloid ellipsoid was built with the steel spatial reticulated shell, and the glass curtain wall of the front roof of conical shell was constructed with the spatial steel truss, as well as, the pre-stressed concrete structures were applied in the stage and the auditorium.Firstly, the static behaviour of the complex reticulated shell structure which was composed of hyperboloid shell and inverted conical shell has been studied. The complex reticulated shell structure was novel and beautiful in architectural form, However, its local conformation and fixing types were complicated. a comprehensive analysis was finished to this structure, and the structure style, FEA model, load cases and its combination were introduced. For various kinds of loading case, the static analysis were conducted with the finite element commercial software ANSYS. Secondly, the glass curtain wall of the front roof of conical shell was studied. Based on three structure schemes, their strength and deformation were calculated and evaluated. A special joint form between the steel truss and the roof steel truss was presented. Thirdly, the optimization design of the pre-stressed concrete structure of the auditorium and stage were performed. Considering construction process, the multi-layer pre-stressed concrete frame of the main stage was analyzed. The result of onsite test ofthe pre-stressed concrete structure was discussed.Finally, some conclusions were summarized and the problems that should be studied further were put forward in the end of the article.
