基于条码技术的水电厂设备巡检系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着水电厂自动化水平的提高,以及无人值守的普及,水电厂巡检逐渐受到重视。为防止巡检工作疏漏和提高设备巡检数据利用率,本课题开发了一种用条码标识电力设备、用便携式数据采集仪采集其参数以及用数据库的方式来管理巡检参数的电力设备巡检系统。该系统可接入监控系统或MIS,通过web查询和发布巡检信息,并分析设备运行趋势,查看任意两参数间的关系曲线,供运行和管理人员决策参考,以便及早发现设备缺陷,确保电力设备运行安全。该系统的应用,不仅可以减少巡检工作量,还可有效提高巡检到位率,从而减少因巡检疏漏所引发的故障。 本课题着重讨论了条码自动识别技术在系统中的应用。该系统采用具有激光扫描器的掌上电脑作为巡检器,可以方便地记录设备缺陷以及设备运行参数,自动记录巡检时间,因而有效地提高了巡检到位率,满足了无纸化操作的要求,对提高水电厂巡检效率以及设备的安全运行具有现实意义。
【Abstract】 With the development of the automation of substation, the inspection of substation is becoming more important. In order to avoid the inadvertence of inspection tour and increase the data utilization ratio, a new portable inspection tour installation has been brought into service in this field. The inspection tour system adopts the bar code to identify the power equipment, collects the parameters with a portable data collectors and then manages them by database. The system can analyze the operation tendency of equipment and displays the curves between any two parameters. The results can be browsed in the Web site. It is proved by practice that the inspection tour system can ensure the inspection tour be on time and on spot.This paper emphasize the application of Barcode technology in the inspection system. The palm with scanner is adopted as the inspection facility which can easily record equipment bug and run parameter. It can also record inspection time automatically. So inspection ratio will be improved availably. The significance of the system means improving of inspection efficiency and equipment’s safety.
