新兴大型工业园区中压供电规划的研究

【摘要】 本论文首先介绍了我国中压配电网现状和配电网规划的主要内容,然后对新兴大型工业园区中压供电规划中的中压供电电压等级选择、配电网中性点接地方式选择、配电自动化规划三方面问题作了详细论述。 在中压供电电压等级选择部分,文章概述了我国配电网电压等级的发展过程、存在问题及发展方向,介绍了目前国内外配电网中压采用20kV供电的情况;对新兴大型工业园区中压采用20kV电压等级供电进行了技术经济合理性研究,并用具体算例加以分析说明。 在配电网中性点接地方式选择部分,文章介绍了国内外配电网中性点接地方式情况,并对新兴大型工业园区配电网中性点选用小电阻接地作了论述。 在配电自动化规划部分,文章对新兴大型工业园区配电网的自动化结构规划、系统功能、馈线自动化、设备技术要求、经济技术效益等方面的问题进行了论述。

【Abstract】 Firstly, this paper introduces the status quo of the medium-voltage distribution network and main contents of its planning. Then three thesises are detailedly researched , including the medium-voltage power supply level selection, distribution neutral earthen method selection and distribution power automation planning of the medium-voltage power supply in the new promoting large industrial region.In the part of the medium-voltage power supply voltage level selection, the paper first summarizes the developing process, existing questions and developing direction. In addition to that, it introduces the power supply condition of 20kV network at home and abroad. Furthermore, the paper research the technical and economic rationality of power supply of 20kV network in new promoting large industrial region, and a data experiment is illustrated to analyze and explain its correctness.In the second part, the neutral earthen methods at domestic and abroad are introduced . Then the paper has a dissertation of the selection of the neutral earthen through small resistance in new promoting large industrial region.In the last part, namely the distribution automation planning, the paper discusses the automation structure planning, the system function, feeder automation and devices technology requirement, as well as economic and technical proceeds.
