【摘要】 城市商业网点信息对于城市商业和经济发展至关重要,在政府商业政策制定、商业网点规划、商圈划分等决策,商业经营者的投资决策,人民大众的日常消费中起着举足轻重的作用。 对于城市商业网点的信息,商业主管部门通常通过每隔五年,逢尾数为3、8的年份举行的社会经济普查方式来获得。历次经济普查得到了大量城市网点的历史信息,这些数据对于城市商业的发展曾起到了巨大的推动作用。但随着城市经济、科技的发展,尤其是当前城市商业的快速调整,以五年为周期实行的社会经济普查所获得商业网点数据已不能满足现实各种各样的需要。新形势下,需要结合新技术来获得实时、动态、精确的城市商业网点数据,以满足政府、商业投资者的决策需求,满足城市商业发展的需要。 本文在WebGIS的支持下,研究了城市商业网点信息采集网络化实现的原理机制、数据标准、核心技术以及实现方案。在研究这些问题的基础上,结合上海市商业网点信息采集WebGIS系统的建设实例,采用java相关技术及组件技术,具体实现了城市商业网点信息采集的功能模块如空间信息采集模块、属性信息采集模块、信息验证模块、信息发布模块和信息分析模块。 论文由六部分组成。第一章综述,研究了网点信息采集的理论背景和现实背景,提出了本文研究的必要性和意义;回顾了国内外WebGIS在信息采集领域的相关研究,指出了目前研究中存在的问题,然后在此基础上,提出了本文研究的主要内容、所要解决的问题,说明了本文的主要创新之处。 第二章机制研究,首先通过对概念的研究界定了要采集的是哪类网点的信息,以及是这些网点的哪类信息,明确了城市商业网点信息采集中要获得的信息类型。接着研究了城市商业网点信息的现状特点,其现状特点决定了政府商业管理部门是网点信息采集任务的组织者,政府商业主管部门、商业经营者、消费者是信息采集的主要参与者。其次,研究了完整的信息采集所包括的流程:信息采集、信息验证、信息验证和信息发布。 第三章研究了信息采集中的数据标准。在数字城市和数字商业框架下的网更多还原

【Abstract】 Information of urban commercial net sites, which is very important to the development of commerce and economic of a city, has an impact on the decisions of government and business organization, even on the behavior of public.The information of city commercial network, which is acquired through social and economical survey by the government in charge of urban commerce every five years, has been greatly in favor of the commercial development of a city. However, such information can never satisfy the fast development of a city because it is gathered every five years, costs much and lasts two years even longer. Therefore, we should adapt new method to collect commercial information of urban net sites in place of traditional method.This thesis concentrates on the research of the new method to gather the information of the urban commercial net sites including the mechanism, cores technologies and technical routes. Following, basing on the study above, we developed the such modules as information gathering, information validating, information publishing and information analyzing during the WebGIS construction of commercial network points information gathering of Shanghai.There lies six chapters in the thesis. Chapter 1 depicts the research meaning, refers the relating research in the information gathering and then points out the shortages of the relating research. On the basis of this, lists the work in the thesis and depicts the innovation of this thesis.Chapter 2, information gathering of urban commercial network points research. Firstly, the thesis discusses the concept of urban commercial net sites and the information of them, which distinguishes the study targets, and the main character of the information. Then, the thesis analyzes the organizer, participant and steppes in the information collection.Chapter 3, data standards research. Data and system construction standards should obey relational criterions of digital urban construction.Chapter 4, core technologies research. Core technologies in relative to the WebGIS system construction of the information gathering include GIS, WebGIS, Java and its relative technologies such as Servlet, JSP and Java Beans, JSF and JDBC. Then, the thesis discusses the technical route.Chapter 5, sample research.
