【摘要】 “精英”是一个传统的政治学和社会学概念,现在有许多俄罗斯学者以及西方学者使用“精英”概念研究原社会主义国家的权力演变问题。一般人们所指的“精英阶层”主要是指那些掌握社会权力、能够影响国家政策、左右政局的政界商界头面人物以及由这些人所组成的社会群体。 本文从以下四个角度对俄罗斯社会精英做一分析研究: 第一章阐述的是精英理论的产生、发展及主要思想。主要从以下几个角度进行论述:“精英”一词的来源及演变;精英的形成;精英理论的基本命题;精英-大众两分法以及俄罗斯精英学的研究状况与俄罗斯国内对本国精英的认识与分析。 第二章探讨的是俄罗斯社会精英的来源问题。90年代以来俄罗斯政治发生了制度性的根本转变,按照政治的一般规律,社会精英阶层也应随之彻底更新。俄罗斯政坛,好象出现了一些“新面孔”。然而同过去相比,俄罗斯精英层的核心以及权力的性质并没有改变,苏共老权贵也未受到很大的冲击,相反却很快的适应了新形势,顺利的获得了新生。 第三章将俄罗斯社会精英分成政治精英、商界精英与寡头、金融工业集团、地区精英、外交精英和知识分子几个范畴进行分析,从而探讨俄罗斯社会精英究竟是代表谁的利益、在社会中起到什么作用。 第四章研究的内容是俄罗斯社会精英的命运与俄罗斯社会的未来。希望能够通过上面的分析研究对俄罗斯社会精英的发展与俄罗斯社会的未来发展状况做一前瞻。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Elite" is a traditional political and sociological concept, which has been frequently used as key element for many Russian and western scholars in their researches on the power evolvement of the ex-socialistic country. Generally the "elite class" is believed to be the celebrities and celebrity societies from political and business circles with power and influence on society and state policy.This thesis attempts to conduct analysis on the Russian Elite Class from the following four perspectivesThe first chapter deals with the birth and growth of the Elite theories as well as the principal ideas in them. It includes the source and evolvement of the word "elite", the formation of elite class, basic proposition of elite theories, elite-mass dichotomy and the present condition of Russian elite research along with the knowledge and points of views the domestic Russians hold towards their elites.The second chapter addresses the question on the origin of Russian elite class. The nineties witnessed a fundamental transition on Russian politics and an according transformation of social elite class which resided inside under the principles of politics. With the change a few new faces seemed to appear in Russian political arena. However compared to the past, the Russian elite class did not change much in its core, neither did the nature of power. No noticeable impact was found on the former dignitaries in Soviet Russia, who, instead, got adapted to the new trend rapidly with a reform.The third chapter divides Russian Elite into political elite, business elite and oligarch, financial groups, regional elite, diplomatic elite and intellectual for further analysis on whose profit the elite class stood for and on what kind of function it exerted on the whole society.The last chapter focuses on the future of Russian elites and Russian society. Hopefully it will lead to some predictions on the development of the elites and society of Russia.更多还原
