采棉机测产系统智能监控技术研究

【摘要】 本研究是新疆石河子市科委与中国农业大学精细农业研究中心共同立项的“进口采棉机测产系统的试验应用与国产化技术开发研究”课题的组成部分。由该项目为本研究提供了经费支持和田间试验条件。 随着精细农业技术的发展,精细农业支持技术的研究也在迅速发展,各种作物产量空间分布信息采集方法和相关设备研究是受到重视的技术创新研究方向之一。本文以进口Ag Leader公司生产的PF系列产量监视系统技术消化吸收为切入点,在新疆兵团系统开展了三年对进口采棉机测产系统的田间应用试验,获取了宝贵的田间收获试验使用经验和大量棉田数据信患,进而研究开发了适合在我国推广应用、成本较低、性能良好、具有自主知识产权的产量监视器。 PF系列棉花测产系统是由产量监视器、棉花流量传感器、割台高度传感器、地运传感器、风机转速传感器、GPS接收机和其它配件组成。其中棉花流量传感器是整个测产系统的核心模块。此外,还配有专用的数据处理图形软件SMS Basic。 自主设计研制的产量监视系统能够同时采集4路模拟信号、2路数字信号和GPS差分信号,数据可存储到CF中。系统向用户提供液晶屏显示和触摸屏输入功能。设计有操作简单、友好的人机交互界面。通过田间试验研究证明:该产量监视器设计合理、运行稳定,能够满足多种联合收割机田间产量分布信息实时自动采集、处理、实时显示与指导操作控制的需求。
【Abstract】 This research was supported by a cooperative project—Testing and Application of the Imported Cotton Yield Monitoring System & Research of National Technology, conducted by the Science and Technique Committee of Shihezi in Xinjiang and the Research Centre for Precision Agriculture of China Agriculture University.With the development of precision agriculture (PA), the supporting technique is developing rapidly. Crop information collection and correlative equipment development become more and more important in applied information technology innovation research. The PF yield monitoring system of Ag Leader Corporation was studied deeply. With the three-year cotton field testing, it obtained more important harvesting experience and yield data were obtained. A new yield monitor was developed at the Research Center for Precision Agriculture (PAC) of China Agricultural University.PF cotton yield monitoring system is consisted of a yield monitor, cotton flow sensor, head height sensor, ground speed sensor, fan speed sensor. GPS receiver and other components. The cotton flow sensor is the most important part of the system. In addition, a sort named SMS Basic for data processing was applied.The designed yield monitoring system can collect 4 analog signals and 3 digital signals, and can receive DGPS signal at same time. It stores these signals to CF card once per second. A liquid crystal display and a touch screen were integrated to input and output signals. A friendly interface was designed. Field tests show that the system can finish the yield-monitoring task. It runs normally and stably. The accuracy of the system depends on appropriate installation, calibration, and operation. And the cost of the system is very low comparing with the commercial products on the market.
