便携式叶面积仪的研制
Design and Development of Portable Leaf Area Meter

【摘要】 叶面积是表征作物生长发育和生理生态的重要指标,也是研究作物栽培、遗传育种等必需的参考因素,因此快速准确地测量叶面积能够有效地节约研究成本,提高研究效率。测量叶面积的方法有很多种,其中以叶面积仪测量方法集准确、快速和方便于一体,受到广泛使用。但是国内叶面积仪的研究太少,误差过大,且重复性较差。 本研究利用微控制器作为控制单元,结合LED光源和传感器设计研制了一种便携式叶面积仪。该仪器能够准确、快速、简单地测量叶面积,并实时显示和存储测量结果,最终通过数据传输系统将结果传输到计算机上进行数据处理。 经过实际测量验证和分析,本测量系统的稳定性、重复性较好,重复性和变异系数分别为0.62%和0.42%;精度较高,绿色叶片或非锯齿形叶片的测量误差在1~2%之间,偏黄色叶片或锯齿形叶片的测量误差在2~3%之间,表明本仪器能够满足实际需要。 与国内为其他同类产品相比,本仪器具有成本低,功耗低,精度高,重复性好以及抗震动等特点。 本文详细介绍了仪器的硬件结构、软件设计及抗干扰性措施,并利用实际测量结果分析了系统性能和整体误差,最后指出了系统不足之处,为以后的进一步改进和完善提出了一些建议和设想。
【Abstract】 Leaf area is a key parameter for the plant growth and development, physiology and ecology research, also is referring factor of the crop cultivation and breeding genetics. So measuring leaf area rapidly and correctly is necessary and important, is in favor of saving the cost and improving the efficiency of research, too. The leaf area meter is one of many methods of measuring leaf area, and is accuracy, rapid and prone to operate, so used widely on the world. But in China, the research about leaf area meter is a little and can not be apply practically.In this research, the portable leaf area meter is designed by combining microcontroller with light source LED and light sensor. The measurement using this instrument is precise, rapid and simple, synchronously, can display and storage the result from it. In the end, transfer the result to the computer for processing the datum.The result from the test of this apparatus indicates: this instrument is steady and reduplicative, the repeat error is 0.62%, and coefficient variance is 0.46%. Furthermore, it is accurate, the relative error of the green or non- hackle leaf is 1%~2%, and the relative error of the micro-yellow or hackle leaf is 2%~3%. So, the performance of this instrument is able to meet the need of actual application well.Comparing the congener, this apparatus has many characters, such as cheapness, low power consuming, accuracy, high repetition and anti-shake.In this paper, the hardware, software and anti-interrupt method of the instrument are introduced in detail, and the performance and integer error are discussed, too. At last, the insufficiencies of the apparatus are pointed out, and suggests on mending and improving it are also brought forward.
