防治蟑螂新剂型的研究

【摘要】 本研究通过对八种杀虫剂对德国小蠊进行室内毒力试验,筛选出三种药效较好的杀虫剂(即三氟氯氰菊酯、甲氨基阿维菌素甲苯盐和氟虫腈)。根据筛选出的杀虫剂的性质,研究了微乳剂、微囊饵剂和微囊悬浮剂等较新的剂型的制备方法。 1.微乳剂的研究:根据药效筛选结果,对0.5%甲氨基阿维菌素笨甲酸盐微乳剂、0.5%三氟氯氰菊酯微乳剂和0.5%甲阿维+三氟氯氰菊酯(1:1)微乳剂进行了研究。根据对微乳剂各理化性能指标的要求,筛选出适合的溶剂、乳化剂和抗冻剂,以组成较好的配方组合。结果表明:配置0.5%甲氨基阿维菌素笨甲酸盐微乳剂选用溶剂N-甲基吡咯烷酮,乳化剂0203B,抗冻剂PEG200效果较好。配置0.5%三氟氯氰菊酯微乳剂选用乳化剂油酸聚已二醇400酯,抗冻剂PEG200效果较好。配置0.4%的三氟氯氰菊酯与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(1:1)微乳剂选用乳化剂0203B、油酸聚已二醇400酯、月桂酸400酯,抗冻剂PEG200,溶剂N-甲基吡咯烷酮效果较好。 2.微囊饵剂的研究:分别探讨了利用原位聚合法和干燥喷雾法制备(三氟氯氰菊酯+氟虫腈)微囊粒剂的工艺条件。并利用制备的微囊粒剂制备微囊饵剂。结果表明:利用两种方法都可以制备得到流动性好,包封率好的微囊粒剂。利用微囊粒剂制备的饵剂药效好,药效时间长、毒性小。 3.微囊悬浮剂的研究:利用微囊粒剂制备:悬浮剂,通过对乳化剂、分散剂、抗冻剂的种类的筛选,以获得悬浮性、稳定性等理化性质较好的微囊悬浮剂的配方组合。试验表明:选用乳化剂油酸聚已二醇400、月桂酸聚已二醇400酯和TX-10,分散剂木钙、BX、增稠剂OX-638,抗冻剂聚已二醇200或一缩二己二醇可得到性能良好的微囊悬浮剂。
【Abstract】 The formulations of microencapsules emulsion(ME)、 microencapsules bait and microencapsules suspension(MS) of three kinds of pesticides Fipronil 、 Cyhalothrin and Emanmectin benzoate as well as their mixture,selected from eight kinds of insecctsides based on their toxicity to blattella germenica,were studied in this research .To prepare the MEs of 0.5% Emanmectin benzoate、 0.5% Cyhalothrin ME and 0.5% the mixture of Cyhalothrin and Emanmectin benzoate(1:1)ME , the suitable solvent、 emulsion and counterfreeze were chose from 7 solvents、 14 emulsions as well as 7 mulsions .which showed that the ME of 0.5% Emanmectin benzoate was prepared by the emulsion 0203B、 the solvent N-methyl pyrrolidone and the counterfreeze PEG200, the ME of 0.5% Cyhalothrin was prepared by the mulsion OAE400 and counterfreeze PEG200, the ME of 0.5% the mixture of Cyhalothrin and Emanmectin benzoate(1:1) was prepared by the mulsion 0203B、 OAE400、 the solvent N-methyl pyrrolidone and counterfreeze PEG200.The Microcapsules of Fipronil and Cyhalothrin were prepared by two methods of the in situ condensationpolymerization reaction in aqueous medium and the spray-dryer. Which showed that the solid、 spherical microencapsules with good flowability can formed by the two methods. Microencapsules bait formed by the microencapsules show very good efficeicy to Blattella germenica.the MS with good physical and chemical property was prepared by choosing suitable emulsion 、 counterfreeze、 dispersant、 thickener. Which showed that the MS with good toxicity to Blattella germenica. and good physical and chemical property was formed by the emulsion OAE400、 lauric acid polyethylene glycol 400 ester and TX-10、 the dispersant calcium lignin sulphomate andBX、 thichener OX-638、 the counterfreeze PEG200 or diglcol ether.
