自吸泵水力设计与自吸性能试验研究

【摘要】 自吸泵广泛应用于农业灌溉,是轻小型喷灌机的重要组件之一。本文采用速度系数法,完成了65ZB40—5.5D型自吸式离心泵的设计、制造和性能测试。测试结果证明,水力设计是成功的,满足规定的设计参数要求和自吸性能要求。为了研究自吸泵的自吸特性,本文对不同的自吸泵在多种情况下的自吸性能进行了试验研究,得出了回流喷嘴锥角、喷嘴直径、叶轮与泵体隔舌的间隙、储水量、吸入管直径等参数与自吸时间等特性间的关系。 本文取得的主要成果包括:(1)成功完成了65ZB40—5.5D型自吸泵的水力设计、结构设计,试验证明设计是成功的;(2)通过试验研究发现,对于低、中比转数自吸泵,回流喷嘴的锥角对自吸性能影响不大,而最佳喷嘴直径也并不与(Q/n)1/3值成正比;(3)对于低、中比转数自吸泵,叶轮与泵体隔舌的间隙越小,自吸性能越好,一般可取为0.5mm;(4)当储水量为以秒计设计流量的50%左右时自吸时间较短,自吸性能好,此储水量为最佳储水量,大于或小于该值自吸时间都增加;(5)修正了现有的自吸泵自吸时间与吸入管直径的关系式。 上述研究结果可以作为自吸泵设计的参考,为改善自吸泵的自吸性能提供了全面的参考依据。

【Abstract】 As one of the key elements in small irrigation systems, self-priming pumps are widely used in agricultural irrigation. In this study, a self-priming pump of 65ZB40-5.5D type is designed by using the velocity-coefficient method, and is manufactured. The experimental results demonstrate that this design is successful. In order to study the self-priming performance of self-priming pump, some experiments in different operating conditions are conducted. The relations between self-priming time and nozzle angle, nozzle diameter, gap from impeller outlet to volute separation tongue, size of water storage and diameter of suction pipe, are established.By careful design and performance test, main achievements are gained as follows: (1) The self-priming pump of 65ZB40-5.5D type is successfully designed to meet the design conditions in self-priming performance and hydraulic performance. (2) For low specific-speed and moderate specific-speed self-priming pumps, the nozzle angle has little influence on self-priming performance, and the optimal nozzle diameter isn’t in proportion to the value of Q/n1/3 . (3) For low specific-speed and moderate specific-speed self-priming pumps, the smaller the separation tongue gap is, the better the self-priming performance is. The separation tongue gap is commonly 0.5mm wide. (4)The self-priming performance is better when the water storage is one half of the rated flow, whereas the self-priming time becomes long when the water storage is greater than or less than it. (5)The relation between the self-priming time and the diameter of suction pipe is modified.The above results can be used to direct the design of self-priming pumps and improvement of self-priming performance.
