我国纺织服装产业集群竞争力的分析与研究

【摘要】 “产业相关、地理相近”的产业集群(Industrial Clusters)作为一种世界性的经济现象,从上世纪八十年代开始,就在世界范围内发展起来,并逐渐引起政府部门、行业界以及学术界的关注。 作为我国国民经济支柱产业之一的纺织服装产业,在发展过程中也形成了一些区域性的产业集群,而且这一趋势正在从广度和深度两方面快速发展,成为我国区域经济发展的“加速器”。然而这些产业集群在发展过程中出现了一些问题,如何克服这些发展过程中的制约因素就成了摆在我国纺织服装产业界刻不容缓的任务。 本文从产业集群的概念出发,回顾了西方经典的产业集群理论,分析了产业集群对竞争力的影响。综述了我国纺织服装产业集群的发展现状,剖析了其目前存在的诸如:分布有明显的地域性:竞争优势难以持久;群内缺乏合作,集而不合;集群发展存在片面性与孤立性;自主创新能力差,产业易大却难强以及政府与中介机构作用有待充分发挥等等的问题。 论文提出要提升纺织产业集群的创新能力并提高我国纺织服装行业在国际上的竞争力,就必须使得产业集群网络内的纺织服装以及其他的配套企业协同发展,加强上下游企业的联系而完善产业链,加快信息化建设,并且在当地服务型政府的引导和支持下,加强企业与企业、企业与高校科研机构之间的合作,以此来实现我国纺织服装产业集群的升级,从而推动我国整个纺织服装产业的整体发展。 最后,文章以浙江省宁波市为例,进行个案研究。对当地的纺织服装产业集群的现状、发展轨迹、成长机制和存在问题进行了分析,挖掘其独有的特性,总结经验,为我国其他地区的纺织服装产业集群的发展提供一定的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1980s, "industry interrelated and geography close" Industrial Clusters had developed in the world, and the government and industrial field had paid more and more attention on this global economic phenomenon.Some regional industrial clusters have also appeared in textile and garment industry that is one of the mainstay industries in China. This tendency is developing rapidly extensively and deeply, and becoming the "accelerator" to regional economic development in our country. But some problems arised and restricted the clusters development. How to solve these problems has become the mission which our textile and garment industry facing now.This paper introduced the conception of Industrial Clusters, reviewed the classical theories in the West, analyzed the affection on competitive ability of the industry and the enterprises, and summarized the status of textile and garment industrial clusters development in our country. On the other hand this paper also emphatically analyzed problems existed and the restricted factors now.Some suggestions on promoting the innovative ability of textile and garment industrial clusters and improving the competitive ability of our textile and garment industrial in the international market were put forward in this paper, such as strengthening the cooperation between the textile or garment enterprises and the other enterprises in the same cluster, strengthening the connection between the enterprises of upper and lower reaches to complete the industrial chain, strengthening the collaboration with the collage or research department under the governmental guiding and supporting, and so on.As an example, this paper analyzed the development status, growing course, and the problems existed of the textile and garment industrial clusters in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, sum up experience to provide references for the other regions’ textile and garment industrial clusters development.更多还原
