【摘要】 锦纶高速纺油剂是一种用于锦纶高速纺丝的助剂,在纺丝和后加工过程中主要起平滑、抱合、抗静电等作用。由于锦纶纤维结构的特点以及纺丝和加弹过程中的高温高速工艺,因此研制锦纶高速纺油剂的难度较大,目前国内锦纶高速纺丝油剂与国外还有很大的差距。本文根据锦纶高速纺丝工艺特点以及对油剂的特殊要求,综合考虑其他的影响因素来合成单体并进行配方优化,最终研制出锦纶高速纺油剂,并对油剂的物化性能和应用性能进行了测试并与进口油剂进行了对比。 首先根据锦纶高速纺丝工艺对油剂单体的特殊要求,研究了不同起始剂碳链结构、不同醚链结构、不同分子量、不同EO/P。加成数的聚醚单体性能,根据锦纶高速纺对油剂的不同要求,合成出了起始剂兼有酸和醇、分子量大小结合、碳链长短结合以及不同EO/PO比的功能性组合聚醚作为锦纶高速纺油剂的主体成分。 然后综合考虑锦纶高速纺丝工艺对油剂的各种要求并与进口油剂进行对比,确定锦纶高速纺油剂配方,并对油剂的摩擦性能、润湿性、抗静电性、耐热性、油膜强度、表面张力等性能进行考核。 最后将/PA-98油剂在化纤厂的生产装置上进行应用性试验,考核前纺的纺丝张力、条干均匀度以及可纺性;考核后纺的纺丝张力、白粉量、可纺性、一等品率等指标。 此外还研究了POY含油率和存放时间对纤维加工性能的影响,并提出了相应的解决办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Nylon high speed spinning finishes , a kind of auxiliaries used in Nylon spinning ,mainly takes effect of lubricant, cohesive and antistatic properties in spinning and false twisting process. It is very hard to prepare Nylon high speed spinning finishes because of Nylon fiber’s special structure and high speed concomitancy with high temperature in spinning and false twisting process. So there is a marked disparities in Nylon high speed spinning finishes researching between China and some advanced countries .Based on the specialty of Nylon high speed spinning process and special requirement for the spinning finishes ,the paper studied the monomer synthesizing and prescription optimizing after considering other factor and finally prepared the Nylon high speed spinning finishes .The physical and chemical properties and applicant properties of the finishes were studied and compared with product abroad .Based on the special requirement of Nylon high speed spinning process for finishes monomer, the paper studied the properties of copolyether monomer with different initiator structure, copolyether chain structure, degree of polymerization, distribution of EO and PO. Based on the special requirement of Nylon high speed spinning process for finishes ,the functional compounding copolyether used as main ingredient of finishes were synthesized which including different acid and alcohol initiator , degree of polymerization, molar ratio of EO/PO.The Nylon high speed spinning finishes was prepared based on the requirement of Nylon high speed spinning process for finishes and compared with product abroad . The paper also studied the properties of the finishes such as frictional ,wetting ,antistatic ,thermal resistant ,oil membrane intension and surface properties .Finally ,the TPA-98 finishes was used in product line of chemical fiber plant by studying the spinning tension ,evenness and spinnability of spinning procedure and spinning tension ,snow quantity , spinnability and product quality .Moreover the paper also studied the influence of OPU and storage time on POY performance and the method was brought forward.更多还原
