基于PLC的镍阳极板清理机的研制及其机械仿真分析

【摘要】 镍阳极板清理机是针对电解镍过程中,大量阳极泥附着在阳极板上,严重影响电解过程的生产效率,而人工清理效率较低的情况所设计制造的,专门用于清理镍阳极泥的自动化机械设备。本文以满足实际生产需要为出发点,阐述了镍阳极板清理机设计和制造的全过程,包括出方案、规划设计、绘制零件图、零件加工装配、设备安装、布线及调试,综合运用了机械装备设计、CAD技术、可编程控制器(PLC)、系统仿真学以及一些应用软件的理论和知识,最终目标是设计并安装制造一套清理阳极泥的机电设备。 文章主要分为四个部分,首先从镍阳极板清理机机械部分的设计出发,详细阐述了清理机的设计思想,重点分析了机械部分各个组成零部件的选用,仔细计算并校核了各主要零件。其次在PLC控制的基础上,叙述了各个控制元器件的选用和设备的控制原理,组装了设备的控制线路并编制了控制程序。然后利用SolidWorks软件对设备上的零部件进行建模,对所建的零件和子装配体进行总体结构的虚拟装配,检查设备在装配上是否发生了干涉,并不断修正设计中的错误,再通过MECHANISM/Pro接口模块软件转换到ADAMS中,实现其仿真分析,包括对弹簧机构的动态仿真分析及单根长轴的振动分析。最后,阐述了设备的主要特点及本人对该设备上的滑动框架、传动轴等处提出的一些改进和优化的想法。
【Abstract】 The Cleaning Machine of Nickel Anode Plate is an automatic machine device that is applied especially in cleaning the mud on the Nickel Anode Plate. In the process of electrolyze nickel, a great deal of anode mud adhere the nickel anode plate, which severe influence production efficiency of the electrolyzing nickel, but manual cleaning efficiency is so low that had fall back on the automatic machine device. The text is start at the need of practical manufacture, then formulize all the process of design and manufacture the Cleaning Machine of Nickel Anode Plate, including design scheme, program projection, draw detail drawing, elaborate and equip parts, assemble equipment, arrangement of wires and debug system. Comprehensive use many theoretics and knowledge, such as mechanical equipment design, CAD technology, Programmable Logical Controller (PLC), mechanical system simulation and other applied softwares. The final aim is design and assemble an armamentarium that can clean the anode mud on the Nickel Anode Plate.The text is made of four parts. Firstly, the start point is how to design the mechanical parts of the Cleaning Machine of Nickel Anode Plate, meticulous formulize the thinking of design the Cleaning Machine, principal analyze how to choose and assemble the parts of the Cleaning Machine, then careful calculate and check every main parts. Secondly, based on the control by PLC, narrate the choice of every control device and the equipment control principle, assemble the schematic circuit, set the control parameters and programming the control program. Thirdly, use the building model software, namely SolidWorks, to build every part of the equipment in the computer, then virtual assemble the general architecture in the computer, not only to check and judge whether or not have the interferences, but also can revise the mistakes in on the course of design and assemble the equipment. Then transfer the mode to ADAMS through the interface module software— MECHANISM/Pro, implement the simulation, including dynamic simulation for spring mechanism and vibratory simulation for single long shaft. At last give a summary about main characteristics of the equipment and private notions of improvement and optimization about the frame slide mechanism and drive shafts in the equipment.
