轴承外圈自动检测与分选测试系统的研究

【摘要】 本文的主要目的是要建立一套能够同时得到轴承外圈直径、圆度和圆柱度等几何参数的自动检测与分选系统。为了实现这一目的,作者进行了以下的研究: (1) 针对各个不同参数进行了测量原理及数模选型的研究,分析了各种常用检测方法,在此基础上给出了本系统的检测方法,并相应的得出了数据处理主程序流程图; (2) 根据测量参数的特点和精度要求,对传感器进行了选择,详细介绍了所选择的传感器的优点; (3) 讨论了数据采集控制系统的原理,并给出了本测试系统数据采集控制系统的实现方案; (4) 分析了误差来源、种类,提出了相应的解决办法,在不需提高组件加工精度的情况下,采用误差分离技术可以进一步提高测量精度; (5) 对虚拟仪器技术进行了讨论,利用LabVIEW 7.11来创建一个虚拟平台,从而在计算机中对参数进行误差分析和处理。 在上面论述的基础上,得出建立这样一个系统是完全可行的,是具有很大实用价值的结论。
【Abstract】 The main purpose of the paper is to establish an automatically measuring and grouping system used for the geometry parameters of bearing’s outer-enclosure. The parameters include diameter, roundness and column-error. For this purpose, we must think over the related fields involved in the system wholly. Therefore, the author did some research work as follows:1 Discuss the measurement principles and mathematical models according to different parameters, recommend comparative measurement in detail, bring forward some kinds of method subsequently. Emphasize its merits, lay out the main program’s flow chart for data processing.2 Select the transducer based on the requirement of precision and character of measurement, recommend the working course of the measurement plan and emphasize its merits.3 Discuss the measurement principles and mathematical models of data-controlling system and decide the method of the system used for geometry parameters of bearing’s outer-enclosure.4 Analyze the source, variety of the column-error and bring forward the corresponding method. Error separate techniques are adopted to enhance the measurement precision.5 Discuss the techniques of Virtual Instruments, and bring forward the error-analysis program of the parameter based on the virtual instruments. Therefore decide the design and implement of virtual instruments.We can draw a conclusion based on the above points that establishing this system is viable and practicability.
