单片机控制数字变量柱塞泵的研究

【摘要】 数字化是现代液压技术的一个重要发展方向,为现代液压技术带来了节约能源、灵活控制、提高自动化程度等很多优点。随着计算机的迅速发展,液压元件的发展已从模拟元件转向数字元件,数字化已逐渐成为现代液压技术的主流。 目前,数字变量轴向柱塞泵还存在着很多问题。因此,本课题在前人的基础上,对其进行改进,提出了利用单片机控制,步进电机驱动的数字变量轴向柱塞泵。它以市场化为前提,以成本低廉的单片机为控制核心,大大降低了本课题的成本,便于以后中小企业的生产和推广。 本文综述了国内外的有关数字元件的研究和发展状况;介绍了数字轴向柱塞泵的工作原理;论述了单片机控制步进电机的原理及软、硬件设计;丰富了单片机直接控制步进电机的方法;设计了数字轴向柱塞泵的结构,建立其系统控制模型,并对其进行特性和误差分析。在MATLAB下进行了动态仿真,取得了很令人满意的结果,从理论上证实了本课题的数字轴向柱塞泵的系统工作原理是可行的,结构设计是合理的。 本课题所设计的变量调节机构采用结构简单、应用方便的双边滑阀做执行机构,大大减化了变量机构的结构,提高了数字泵的性能,从而使在一个普通模拟的轴向柱塞泵上,加装上变量机构和单片机系统,就能得到一个精确控制的数字变量柱塞泵。 本文描述了系统的结构参数及性能参数变化对系统的影响和系统的误差分析,得出影响系统动态特性的因素,提出了改进参数的方法。 因此,本课题所设计的变量调节机构具有结构简单、控制精确和成本低廉等特点,可以满足市场化的需求。

【Abstract】 The digitization is one of important development direction of modern hydraulic. It takes some advantages of modern hydraulic, such as energy-saving, flexible-control and improving automation of the hydraulic system. With the great progress of computer technology, the aspect of hydraulic components is turned from simulation components to digital ones and the digitization is main stream of the modern hydraulic gradually.At present, digital variable displacement axial piston pump has some problems. Therefore, on the base of previous work, improvement is brought about and digital variable displacement axial piston pump controlled by SCM and driven by step motor is brought forward in the subject. On the background of market, cheaper SCM is as control core, which cuts down research cost greatly and is convenient for being produced and extended by middle and little scale corporation.The current situation of research and application for digital components at home and abroad is summarized in the paper. The work theory of digital pump is introduced simply. The principle of step motor controlled by SCM and the design of the software and hardware are discussed. Moreover, the methods of SCM controlling step motor are enriched. The structure of digital axial piston pump is designed and the system control model of the pump is set up. Furthermore, the dynamic simulation of the pump by MATLAB is acquired and its results add up to the need satisfactorily, which validates the feasibility of the system work principle of the digital axial piston pump from the theory and the structure design is reasonable.The double edge slide valve which is simple structure and facility application is applied to Variable adjust framework designed in the subject, which predigests the structure of variable adjust framework greatly and advances capabilities of digital pump so that digital variable piston pump controlled accurately is gotten if variable frameworkand SCM system are fitted on the general simulative axis piston pump.The effect of the structure and performance parameters on system and error analysis are described in the paper, moreover, the factors affecting system dynamic characteristic are obtained and the measures of mending parameters are put up with.Consequently, variable adjust framework designed in the subject possesses some characteristics as follows: simple structure, accurately controlling and low cost, which is capable of meeting the need of market.
