基于光纤荧光的电力设备温度检测系统的研究

【摘要】 当前,电气设备温度的在线实时监测问题已日益受到广泛重视,成为电力系统中电气设备安全运行中受重视的课题。由于测温场合条件特殊,温度的测量造成一些实际的困难,在寻求温度传感器的其他替代手段的所有研究活动中,荧光光纤温度传感器以其抗电磁干扰、体积小、耐高压、耐腐蚀等优点正日益受到重视。 在对国内外研究现状进行深入分析的基础上,针对电力系统中众多电气设备特殊环境下的温度监测问题,设计出基于荧光寿命的在线多路实时光纤温度检测系统。 论述了荧光测量法的基本原理及特点,以及整个荧光光纤测温系统的总体方案。重点围绕如何切实满足现场实际应用需要,保证整个测温系统的长期稳定运行,进行了大量的实验调试工作,给出了一些实验数据。采用VC++6.0编制了适合于现场实际应用的可视化操作软件。最后,文章附录部分还重点对涉及光传输的测量系统如何实现多路问题进行了进一步的多种探讨研究,构建出了一个基于动态耦合实现多路测量的系统。 本课题所研究的基于光纤荧光电力设备温度检测系统在变电站进行了现场实测,并采用热电偶测温仪校验,实测结果表明:该温度检测系统反映速度较快,温升报警定位准确,完全能够满足现场实际应用的需要,具有较高的可靠性、安全性和经济性。
【Abstract】 Nowadays it has been paid wide attention to realize temperature on-line real-time monitoring of electrical facilities, which has become an important task on the safe operation of power system. The optical fiber fluorescence temperature sensor is one of the interested problems that are researched in the field of modern optical fiber sensor technology. Because some situations of measuring temperature is special, It is possible to make some difficulties to measure temperature in these situations, so when people find the other temperature sensor to replace existing sensors, the optical fiber fluorescence temperature sensor is paid more and more attention because of its virtues. For example, electromagnetic interference resisting, little bulk, high voltage resisting and erode resisting.On the basis of thoroughly analysis and research about present situation at home and abroad, a system of on-line multi-channel real-time temperature monitoring of high voltage apparatus based on optical-fiber fluorescent lifetime has been designed, which can overcome the problem of temperature measurement under the numerous special environment of electric equipment in power system.The basic principle and characteristic of the method about fluorescence measurement are discussed, and the total scheme of fluorescence optical fiber temperature measurement system is designed. Lots of experiments focusing on the problem how to meet the requirement of industry field and secure the long time stability are done, and many experiment datas are given in the paper. The popular computer language visual C++ 6.0 is adopted to program the visual interface for the requirement of industry field. Finally, in the part of appendix of the paper, the problem how to realize multi-channel measurement in the system relating to the communication of light is further discussed. A multi-channel measurement system based on dynamic coupling is structured.The system of temperature monitoring based on optical fiber fluorescence studied in this paper has been made spot testing in a transformer substation, and the results is rectified by astandard instrument of thermocouple temperature measurement. The testing results shows that the system of temperature monitoring has fast response speed, and accurate alarming location when the temperature rises above alarming limit. The system can absolutely meet the requirement of industry field. It has high reliability, security and economization.
