【摘要】 生产调度系统是一个综合的职能部门,它是企业的生产指挥中心,对生产活动中的各工序、各环节进行系统地控制与协调。在传统的制造企业生产调度系统中存在着一些问题,如在调度过程中缺乏必要的现场信息,而控制层也不能及时将生产过程中可能发生或已经发生的脱离计划的偏差信息反映给计划层。 制造执行系统(MES)其定义为:“位于上层的计划管理系统与底层的生产控制之间的面向车间层的管理信息系统”。它建立了以生产作业管理为中心的计算机辅助车间管理信息系统,能够很好的解决上述所存在问题。MES将来自企业计划层的计划信息转化为指令下发到生产控制层,并从生产控制层中获得生产实绩数据,向计划层及时地提供生产实际状况信息。 MES虽然具有上述的功能,但当前的研究大多停留在理论上。基于这种情况,本课题利用VB作为前台开发工具,SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库,结合沈阳重型机器制造公司制造一车间的技术改造,对MES进行了实现,开发了沈重制造一车间的生产调度系统。系统主要内容有:系统的结构与功能设计,系统开发环境与工具选择;体系结构的选择等。最终系统功能实现的主要内容包括:基础信息管理模块;生产作业计划管理模块;生产调度管理模块;生产过程控制模块等。 本系统的实施,可以把生产管理人员从繁重的手工作业解脱出来,利用可视化界面的直观性,可以提高生产计划实施与控制的水平,降低信息传递的时间和误差,从而提升企业的竞争力。 本文研究了基于MES的车间生产调度系统开发的整个过程,也可为其他基于MES的研究做一些铺垫。更多还原

【Abstract】 Production scheduling system is a comprehensive functional department and it’s also the production command center of the enterprise because it controls and coordinates each process and tache of the production activities. In the production scheduling system of traditional manufacturing enterprise planning, controlling and scheduling can’t realize the whole optimization. It also brings out many problems such as the plan layer is lack of the necessary current information during the process of scheduling and the controlling layer can not send the out-plan or windage information that may will take place or have taken place during production to the plan layer timely.MES can be defined as a management information system lies between the top layer of plan management system and the bottom layer of production controlling which set toward to the workshop. MES built the computer aiding workshop management information system aimed to manage the production task which can deal with problems mentioned above. This MIS on the one hand converts the plan information come from plan management system of the enterprise into the instruction and then send it to the production process controlling system, on the other hand it can acquire the current information from the spot production process controlling system and then send this to plan management system.Although MES possess these functions, studies on MES mainly focus on the theory. Considering on this situation, this task realized MES through developing the production scheduling system of first workshop of Shenyang Heavy Machine Manufacturing Corporation by using VB and Server 2000.This workshop production scheduling system based on MES mainly includes structure of the system; the function design; the choice of system developing surrounding, tool and system structure .The final display results include: basic information management module; production task plan management module;production scheduling management module; production process controlling module. By using this system it can disengage the production management personnel from burdensome handwork task. Using the intuitionistic of the computer view interface, the practice and controlling of the production plan may be increased also the time and of information sending error can be decreased. Thus enhances the competitive strength of the enterprise.The study on workshop production scheduling system based on MES in the paper involved the whole development process and also can do some matting to other study based on MES .更多还原
