危险化学气体泄漏报警系统的研究

【摘要】 在石油化工等企业,一旦发生有毒有害气体的泄漏而未采取有效的措施,将会对人员及财产产生极大的影响,甚至会产生毁灭性的灾难。对气体泄漏及早的做出判断,在泄漏事故未扩大之前及早的采取措施,可以避免安全事故的发生。本课题以石家庄化纤厂烟酸储罐和合成氨反应器为背景,在国家863计划“危险化学反映器泄漏检测与修补移动机械手系统”(2003AA421040)支持下,对危险气体的泄漏报警系统展开研究。 本文对气体泄漏报警检测方法进行了概括总结,并根据课题所依靠的研究背景确定了报警系统所采用的方式,即采用固定式检测、无线数据传输的方式。针对本课题的实际应用背景,对用于检测NH3的半导体气体传感器TGS824以及用于检测SO2的电化学气体传感器SO2-BF及其各自的变送器进行了介绍,并且制作了TGS824传感器的变送器。本文所研究的报警系统采用MSP430F149单片机作为中央处理器。利用该单片机可以完成对数据的A/D转换、数据的比较、数据的存储、数据的编码以及数据的传输。报警信号的传输采用无线数据传输的方式,在本文中提出了三层单元的模式进行数据的无线传输,还通过对无线模块资料的分析总结,选用了两种无线模块,并对这两种模块的性能及使用方法进行了说明。为了保障系统的可靠性并结合工作过程中实际要求,采用了由上到下定时自检的方式,一旦发现自检失败,则产生自检失败报警信息。对于泄漏报警信息的传递,采用了由下到上的方式多次报警,直到应答信号接到后停止报警。针对从顶层所传来的信息的不同,设计了泄漏报警和自检失败报警两种不同的报警形式,通过采用窗口对话框的形式来完成报警信息的传递。
【Abstract】 Without any measure about the leakage of poisonous gas , there will be thumping damages , even people’s lives, in petrochemical industry etc.. If we can judge the leakage of poisonous gas earlier, and take measures before the accident enlarge ,we can avoid safety misadventure. This thesis is carried on the research of the leaking alarming system on the background of Shijiazhuang chemical-fabric manufactory, supported by a National Program 863 item "The Mobile Manipulator system aimed at measurement and maintenance, working in the circumstance of chemistry dangerous leakage from the chemistry dangerous reactor" (item serial number :2003AA421040).This paper generalized some means about the alarming system of gas leakage ,and has confirmed the means on the system , which use fixed detection and wireless communication . The gas sensors and its’ transmitters are studied, especially about the NH3 sensor, TGS824, which is semiconductor sensor, and SO2 sensor, SO2-BF ,which is electronic-chemical sensor. The MSP430 single chip computer is used as central processing unit in this alarming system. The MSP430F149 single chip computer can do much work, such as A/D conversion , data’s conversion , data’s compare , data’s storage , data’s coding and data’s transmission .The three-level-unit wireless communication is also studied in this paper, which can adapt the industrial theater perfectly .Two wireless modules are used to fit for wireless communication in this paper , according to collecting and comparing plenty of files . There are two alarming forms , one is fail self-scan alarm, which is used to assure the system’s reliability, the other is leaking alarm . The fail self-scan alarm is started from the upper to the bottom, and the leaking alarm is started from the bottom to the upper. The upper unit use different dialog box to transfer the alarming information comes from the industrial theater.
