面向大规模定制的产品平台设计理论研究及其软件实现

【摘要】 随着产品更新换代越来越快,新产品开发在整个产品生命周期内占有越来越重要的位置。大规模定制(Mass Customization,MC)生产模式结合了定制生产和大规模生产两种生产方式的优势,在满足客户个性化需求的同时,保持较低的生产成本和较短的交货期。大规模定制以其独特的优势,将成为21世纪的主流生产模式。 产品平台设计技术是大规模定制关键技术之一。Simpson将产品平台的设计方法分为两种,自顶向下法(Top—bosom approach)和自底向上法(Bottom—up approach)。本文主要研究面向大规模定制的产品平台设计理论,基于自底向上法,提出一种功能相似产品的平台设计方法;同时,将该方法应用于实际产品;并且开发了平台设计软件。论文的主要内容包括以下几点: 1.基于自底向上法提出一种功能相似产品的平台设计方法。 自底向上法是对现有一组产品的分析和重新设计,适用于具有良好的可分性的产品,通过对产品平台添加、减少、修改相应的功能模块衍生出一系列产品。自底向上法以Stone和Otto等人提出的方法为代表,基于这两种方法提出功能相似产品的平台设计方法。该方法将产品平台分为两部分:通用部分和可调节部分,两部分构成一个整体。设计者只需根据具体要求修改产品平台中的可调节部分,并添加其它个性部件即可得到不同的产品。它主要包括五步:利用功能基建立已有功能相似产品的功能结构、建立功能相似产品的产品族功能结构、利用三流原则进行模块划分、建立模块性矩阵实现功能域到物理域的映射、分析模块性矩阵确定平台。 2.工程实例分析。 应用功能相似产品平台设计方法,对豆浆机、果汁机和搅拌机进行平台设计,建立了这三种产品的平台,并给出平台示意图。 应用功能相似产品平台设计方法,对国内某企业生产的工程钻机进行平台设计,将工程钻机系列化,建立系列化产品平台。 3.软件开发。 应用VC++6.0的开发系统开发平台设计软件。它以功能相似平台设计方法为基础,辅助设计人员进行产品平台设计,减少工作量,提高工作效率。主要包括四部分,分别为功能基、功能分解、绘制功能结构和建立模块性矩阵确定平台部分。

【Abstract】 With the product changing quicker and quicker, the new product development occupies more and more important position within the life period of product. Mass Customization (MC) combining the advantages of customized production and mass production keeps the relatively smaller production cost and relatively shorter delivery time while satisfying the individualized demands of customers. MC will be the mainstream mode of production in the 21st century because of its unique advantages.The technique of product platform is one of key techniques of MC. Simpson classifies the design methods of product platform into two kinds: top-down approach and bottom-up approach. The main research of this thesis is the product platform design theory based on Mass Customization. A platform design method of function similar products is brought forward based on bottom-up approach. Then apply this method to real products, and develop software based on it. Main research work and conclusions are embodied in the following three aspects:1. Bring forward a platform design method of function similar products.The bottom-up approach is analyzing and redesigning the existing products, and is suitable for the products that have good dividing nature. Many products can be derived from the platform by adding, removing, or substituting one or more modules to the platform. The methods that put forward by Stone and Otto are the representatives of the bottom-up approach. This thesis put forward a platform design method based on these two methods. The platform is devided into two parts in the method: common part and adjustable part, which form a whole. Different products can be got by modifying the adjustable part of platform and adding personal components. It includes five steps: construct function structure of existing products using function base, construct function structure of product family, modularize product function structure using the module heuristic methods, set up modularity matrix, and identify product platform.2. Case study.Apply the platform design method of function similar products to the soybean milk maker, juicer and blender. Set up the product platform of these three products, and show the sketch map of platform.Apply the platform design method of function similar products to the engineering drills. Seriate the engineering drills, and set up series of product platforms.3. Developing software.On the basis of the platform design method of function similar products, the platform software is developed by using VC++ 6.0. It can help the engineers design the product platform, reduce workload, and improve work efficiency. The software includes four parts: function base, decomposing function, constructing function structure and seting up modularity matrix to determine platform.
