小型断路器瞬动保护可靠性试验装置的研究

【摘要】 小型断路器属于保护类电器,主要应用于家用及工业建筑物和配电线路终端,其可靠性的高低直接影响到建筑物能否正常供电和配电线路上的设备是否能安全运行,与千家万户的日常生活息息相关;如果它的可靠性不高,尤其是瞬动保护特性不符合生产和生活的需要,会给用户带来很大的影响,甚至造成严重的经济损失。经文献检索,关于小型断路器可靠性理论研究的理论不如对于继电器的研究成熟,并且其已投入生产的科研成果也不是很多。由于国内、外对于小型断路器的瞬动保护可靠性试验装置研究的较少,因此本文对小型断路器的瞬动保护可靠性进行进一步研究具有一定的意义。 本文根据已有的研究理论,按照小型断路器的工作特点和故障模式确定了以成功率作为其瞬动保护可靠性特征量,并采用定数截尾试验方案作为其瞬动保护可靠性验证试验的试验方案,对其特征量成功率进行验证试验。根据小型断路器瞬动保护可靠性试验的功能要求和精度要求,对可靠性试验装置进行硬件设计并编写了应用软件,指出整套试验装置中影响试验精度的几个因素,提出减少试验数据误差的措施,并对本试验设备的误差进行了计算。 本文在河北工业大学电器研究所对小型断路器可靠性试验装置的研究基础上,完善了硬件装置,扩充了应用软件功能,采用了高速数据采集卡实现了试验大电流和自动调压器的微机控制,使整套设备实现自动化操作。

【Abstract】 Miniature circuit breakers, one kind of protective electrical apparatus, are mainly used in household and industrial installations and distribution system for overload and short circuit protection. Their reliability level directly influences the power supply in house and industrial installations, the safety of facilities in distribution system, so the application of miniature circuit breakers is relative with our lives. The reliability of them, especially instantaneous protection character does not meet to the need of production and life, they will bring troubles to users and even result in extremely serious loss if their reliability degree is low. Because it is short in the research for instantaneous protecting test ?pparatus of miniature circuit breakers, and moreover by document retrieval, the theory of reliability on mini-breakers is less than the one on relays, and sophisticated theories or achievement in scientific research, which have been put into production, are not too much, so it is significant to study the instantaneous protecting reliability of miniature circuit breakers.According to theories, which have come into being, on the base of the characteristic and failure modes of miniature circuit breakers, the paper adopts success rate as its instantaneous protecting reliability characteristic parameters. And time-intercepting test scheme is applied as the one of instantaneous protecting reliability of miniature circuit breakers. To meet the function and the precision of the test apparatus the paper provides the hardware design and the software design, and points out a few facts which would affluence the precision of the apparatus and the method how to reduce the error test data, at last it calculates the error of this test device.On the base of the reliability test device of miniature circuit breakers which has been performed by electric apparatus institute in Hebei university of Technology, this paper completes the hardware, promotes the function of the application software, adopts the high-performance DAS card with programmable gain to fulfill the computer control over generating big test current and the automatic adjusting voltage device, realizes that computer automatically operates the set of device.
