采用GTM设计的沥青混合料的高温稳定性研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的发展,交通量日益增大,超载车辆比例逐渐增加,使得路面使用性能面临更严峻的挑战,尤其是路面的高温稳定性问题更为引人注意。本课题利用从国外引进的先进试验设备GTM、DSR以及国内工程通用的车辙试验仪,研究了影响沥青混合料高温稳定性的级配、胶结料、粉油比、体积参数等诸多因素,旨在找到合理的沥青混合料级配范围,剖析车辙的成因及变化发展规律,以满足公路发展的需要,提高路面服务能力。 课题主要针对现行的马歇尔方法不能设计出理想的沥青混合料这一问题,利用旋转试验机对11种不同的沥青混合料进行了优化,通过车辙实验验证,提出了抗高温的级配范围,讨论了关键筛孔尺寸4.75mm通过率、粗集料用量、细集料用量以及细集料棱角性、级配曲线走向等对沥青混合料高温稳定性的影响规律;并对粉胶比这一在沥青混合料配合比设计中十分关键的问题进行了系统研究。由于合理的粉胶比能够显著的提高抗车辙能力,本文借助于高温车辙试验、旋转试验机试验等试验手段对不同粉油比的沥青混合料进行了研究,并对不同粉油比的沥青胶浆进行动态剪切试验和微观结构分析,从而提出了最佳粉油比的范围;对存在争议的禁区进行了实验验证,否定了禁区的存在。研究了空隙率、矿料间隙率以及压实度等同沥青混合料高稳定性的内在关系,利用统计规律计算出了合理范围,并对影响因素进行了灰关联分析。对沥青混合料高温稳定性评价指标的合理性进行了探讨,指出了动稳定度作为评价指标的不合理性,并在大量的实验数据基础上阐述了车辙成因及沥青混合料的高温变形规律。
【Abstract】 With the development of economy and the increasing traffic, the proportion of overload is rising gradually. The functional performance of roadway is faced with challenges especially that the problem of rut at the high temperature is drawn attention, In this research, through a series of experimental studies on the stability of the asphalt mixture at high temperature, the purpose is to find out a reasonable scope of gradation, to research a good many factors impacting the stability of asphalt mixture at high temperature, to desect the cause of formation and developmental rule of rut, so that it can satisfy the development of highway and improve the servicing ability of pavement.Aiming at the problem that we can’t design perfect asphalt mixture with actual Marshell, 11 kind of asphalt mixtures were optimized using Gyratory Testing Machine and the grade range resisting high temperture was put forward through rut tests, and we discussed the rule of the passing ratio of key boult 4.75 mm. filler to bituminous ration is a pivotal problem in the design of asphalt mixture, rational filler to bituminous ration can evidently improve resistance to rutting. In this paper, rutting test and Gyratory Testing Machine test are drawn up on asphalt mixture of different filler to bituminous ration, using dynamic shear rheometer and SEM to analyze the microstructure of asphalt mortar, the range of optimal ratio was put forward. The forbidden zone existing difference was proved by experiments and negated the exist of the forbidden zone. We studied the internal relation between the rate of void, voids in the mineral aggregate ,compactness and the stability at high temperature of asphalt mixture and analyzed the effecting factors by the theory of grey relation degree. The cause of formation of the rut and the developmental rule at high temperature of asphalt mixture were expounded on the base of plenty of experiment data.
