论高校就业指导的理论与模式

【摘要】 随着我国社会的发展和高等教育体制改革的深入,大学生的就业问题日益成为一个社会热点与难点,这给与之密切相关的高校就业指导工作带来一系列新挑战。为应对新形势的挑战,本文提出以建构“全程就业指导模式”来创新现行的就业指导工作。 文章从我国的国情和高校实际出发,借鉴西方关于职业指导的理论成果,提出建立一种以职业发展理论为指导、面向全体在校生开展的贯穿整个大学阶段的全程就业指导模式。文章具体论述了职业发展理论对就业指导工作的指导意义,论述了全程就业指导的涵义、必要性、内容体系、方式方法、阶段划分、相关基础条件等,并阐释了实施全程就业指导的中心目标——培养和提高大学生的就业力。 建构全程就业指导模式是对高校就业指导工作进行创新的一个初步尝试,本文希望藉此引发更多的对高校就业指导工作的关注与思考。

【Abstract】 With the social development and deepened reform on higher education system in China, college students’ employment become a social hot and difficult spot increasingly, and it brings a series of challenges to the employment guidance which is closely related to itself. In order to reply these challenges, this thesis suggests to setting up a whole-process employment guidance mode to innovate the current guidance.The thesis starts from China’s actual conditions and colleges’ reality and draws lessons from the western countries’ theoretical fruit on vocational guidance, then submits a whole-process employment guidance mode which be guided with the vocational development theory, be launched facing whole college students and be run through the university stage. This thesis discusses specifically the guidance meaning of the vocational development theory to the employment guidance, expounds the whole-process employment guidance’s definition, necessity, contents, methods, stagesand other mating conditions, and interprets its core objective--cultivating andenhancing the abilities of employment competition for all students.It’s a preliminary try to set up a whole-process employment guidance mode, so the writer hope it can initiate more attention and ponder over the employment guidance in the high institutions.
