通用数据访问及其SOAP实现方法的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术在电力企业中的广泛应用,电力企业的自动化程度日益提高,但是目前很多电力系统的应用是基于专用的解决方案或者协议,各种解决方案使得电力公司的非标准化的趋势变得越来越严重。由于不同的系统之间的信息交换常常需要进行兼容工作,这使得实时信息交换、系统集成以及数据维护的费用急剧增长,不利于电力系统信息共享。另外,随着计算机和网络技术的飞速发展,自动化系统的基础条件如INTERNET技术、面向对象技术、多代理技术、安全防护技术等已经具备。因此,为了解决目前的问题并适应将来新技术的发展,迫切需要一种统一的、基于高级实现方法的新的标准。因此,电力系统自动化软件业正在掀起网络化、组件化的浪潮。 对电力系统自动化而言,组件化不仅需要提供组件交互的互操作机制,而且需要定义组件间的公共信息模型CIM和组件接口规范CIS。因此国际电工技术委员会IEC推出的系列标准IEC 61970,使得电力系统的应用软件组件化和开放化,能即插即用和互联互通,降低了系统的集成成本和保护用户资源。 本文首先分析了电力系统信息整合中面临的问题及其可采用的解决方案,在阐述GDA(Generic Data Access)及其相关规范的基础上,提出结合Web服务和GDA(Generic Data Access)来实现集成总线,完成电力系统应用的数据共享。并且完成了基于SOAP的GDA的服务。
【Abstract】 Computer technology in the area of power systems are widely accepted today, but they are mostly based on many proprietary solutions or standards. World-wide, electric utility deregulation is expanding for so many heterogeneous solutions. Utilities spend an ever-increasing amount for real-time information exchange, costs for system integration and data maintenance are exploding just for the compatible work of data exchanging between different systems, it is not propitious to the developing of automation system for power system. Additionally, with the rapid development of information technology, the base of automation system, for example INTERNET technology, Object-Oriented technology, Multi-Agent technology, Security technology, is mature. To meet today’s and future requirements a new standard with an advanced approach has been requested a few years ago. So the network and component technology are widely used in the automation software of power system.For the development of Component-integration, not only has the interoperation mechanism between components to be supplied, but also the CIM and CIS between them should be defined. So IEC puts forward IEC 61970 specification series, which make Power System application easily component-integrated, plug-and-play, open and interconnected. They also reduce the cost of integration and protect the resource of customers.The problems existing in present information integration of power system are introduced in this paper.Moreover,this paper advances the method to design the integration bus based on WebServices and GDA(Generic Data Access) for sharing the data of power system.The author has developed a SOAP based GDA (Generic Data Access) server.
