大型风电场远程监控系统的研究和应用

【摘要】 风力发电技术的发展将带动风电场的快速发展。随着风电场规模的不断扩大和分期扩建,多机型的风电场将越来越普遍。当前我国各风电场引进的国外各种类型风电机组都配有相应的远程监控系统,但每个风电机制造公司的风电机监控技术又互不兼容,这给风电场的运行管理造成很大的困难,特别是电力体制改革后,大的发电集团公司如何管理分布在全国的所属风电场,矛盾日益突出。本文在分析现有风电场远程监控系统基础上提出了通过侦听解析通讯规约,利用现代通讯网络技术和计算机应用技术,改进现有的风电场远程监控系统,开发一套具有对各种类型的风电机实施统一监控功能系统的设想,并通过现场的通讯规约的破解论证了可行性。
【Abstract】 With the development of wind power technology, the modern wind farms become bigger and possibly have many kinds of wind turbines. Normally these imported wind turbines from different companies have their own remote monitoring system, but these remote monitoring systems can’t be compatible. This will raise big problem to the management of wind farm. After the reform of electrical industry, it becomes more and more difficult for big generator groups to supervise different wind farms around the country.Based on the study of current wind power remote monitoring syetems, this paper puts forward an idea that uses modern communication technology and computer application technology to improve the remote monitoring system through analyzing the communication protocol. The new remote monitoring system has the function which can use one set remote monitoring system to control many different kinds of wind turbines. This idea has been proved possible through application in the wind site.
