新型三相应急电源的控制方法

【摘要】 本文在传统应急电源的局限性的基础上提出了一种新型三相应急电源系统,该系统应用双向PWM变流器,采用DSP数字控制技术,具备两方面的功能,即对负载的应急供电和对来自非线性负载的谐波和无功电流补偿,实现了EPS产品的绿色化、智能化和低成本的要求。 本文重点探讨新型三相应急电源的控制方法,并以DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A为主要核心控制芯片设计了新型三相应急电源的控制系统。 本文第一章首先在简要介绍传统应急电源的特点和局限性的基础上,提出了新型三相应急电源系统,然后简要介绍了变流器最常用的脉宽调制(PWM)技术。 第二章首先介绍新型应急电源系统提出的依据,然后介绍新型三相应急电源系统的结构和工作原理,最后简要说明新型三相应急电源的应用前景。 第三章介绍了新型三相应急电源的控制方法,从逆变器、并联型有源滤波器以及蓄电池组充放电三方面分别介绍它们的所采取的控制方法以及相关问题,并在此基础上提出样机相应的参数设计。 第四章介绍了基于DSP控制的新型三相应急电源的控制系统的软、硬件设计。 第五章介绍了基于DSP控制的10kVA新型三相应急电源的实验样机系统,并对实验结果进行了分析。 第六章是本文研究工作的总结和本文今后工作的展望。
【Abstract】 This paper proposed a novel three-phase emergency power supply(EPS) in order to overcome the limits of traditional emergency power supply. This EPS system is composed of bidirectional PWM converters. By using DSP digital control technique , this system can realize two functions: supplying the load with emergency power and compensating current harmonics and reactive power generated from the nonlinear load. This EPS system realized the requirements of "green", intelligent and low cost.This paper put emphasis on the control strategy of this novel three-phase emergency power supply and design a control system based on a TI’s digital signal processor — TMS320LF2407A.Chapter one proposes the novel three-phase emergency power supply system on the basis of the characteristics and limits of the traditional emergency power supply systems. Then the pulse width modulation (PWM) technique is also introduced.Chapter two firstly introduces the foundation of which we present this novel emergency power supply system. Secondly, the circuit structure and the operating principles are illustrated. At last ,the applications of this novel three-phase emergency power supply are introduced in brief.Chapter three illuminates the control strategy of this EPS system in detail. This chapter introduces the control strategies of three circuit — inverter , shunt active power filter (APF),battery charger and discharger .Base on these analyses the parameters design of the proto type are proposed.Chapter four introduces the software and hardware design of the control systems.Chapter five introduces the 10KVA experiment system and analyzes the results of the experiment.
