【摘要】 本论文阐述了该论题研究的目标与意义是为了提高广州大学生信息利用行为的效率和效益以及完善信息需求与利用行为的基本理论,并阐述了国内外相关研究综述以及信息环境、信息需求的涵义与类型、信息利用行为的涵义和类型等基本问题,重点对广州大学生信息需求与利用行为进行问卷分析和研究,得出广州大学生信息需求的特点如下:(1)信息意识相对增强。(2)求新,希望获取最新的信息。(3)求快,要求能快速查找到所需信息。(4)对信息要求更加系统和广泛。(5)对信息需求类型不再局限于单一文字型。(6)信息需求意识市场化。得出广州大学生信息利用行为的特点如下:(1)信息的获取更依赖网络。(2)过分遵循穆尔斯定律,缺乏利用信息系统的必要的耐心。(3)信息辨别力不强、自制能力弱。(4)大学生获取信息的能力不强。(5)用户的信息行为受行为主体内、外部众多因素的影响和作用。 针对其存在的问题,本文从社会和信息服务机构的角度提出了加强大学生网络信息伦理教育:健全网络信息政策法规:信息行业安全技术的控制等措施进行规范大学生信息行为的负面影响。提出了通过加强信息观念、信息意识的培养和教育、基本的信息理论知识的教育、计算机理论知识和网络知识的教育来强化广州大学生的信息需求。并从信息获取能力、信息评价能力、信息组织处理能力、信息交流能力、创造新信息的能力和利用信息的能力几个方面进行教育,以提高广州大学生信息利用行为能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis expounds that the aim and significance of the thesis consists in improving the efficiency of Guangzhou university students’ information utilizing in network environment and in supplementing some basic theory of information demand and utilizing behavior in network environment. And it expounds domestic and international relative research overview and some basic issues ,for example, information environment, the meaning and the type of information demand, the meaning and the type of information utilizing behavior .It emphaticly analizes and studies information users’ (mostly of students of University in Guangzhou) information demand and information behavior through investigation. Based on the conclusion of this investigation ,the author summarizes the status quo and features of University students’ information demand and information behavior: (1)Information awareness has strengthened relatively.(2)They seek after the newest information.(3)They hope to find the required information most quickly.(4)They have more and more systemic wide information demand.(5)The medium types of the required information are multifarious.(6) Information awareness has become commercial.The author summarizes the status quo and features of University students’ information behavior : (1)They will depend on the Internet to obtain information.(2)They are to go by Mooers Rule inordiantly and are short of necessary patience to make use of information system.(3)Their discrimination and self-restriction is poor.(4)Their capacity of obtaining information is not strong.(5)Their information behaviors are impacted on by all kinds of users’ factors of including inner and outer ones.Aiming at its subsisting problem, the thesis makes some measures to manage University students’ information behaviors from the view of ISP and related people: strengthening the training of University students’ information standpoint、 morality ; supplementing the policies and laws of network information ; restraining their behaviors by safety technology in information industry. The thesis expounds strengthening the training of information standpoint 、 information awareness,and the training of some basic information theory , and the training of computer theories and network knowledges to exploity their demand.And training their capacity of information obtaining, information evaluating, information organizing and treating, information communication, creating new information, utilizing information in order to improving the behavior capacity of Guangzhou university students’ information utilizing in network environment.更多还原
