基于个性化定制的产品配置理论的研究

【摘要】 个性化定制是21世纪的主要生产模式之一,产品配置技术是实现个性化定制的主要理论基础,受到广泛关注。因此,对基于个性化定制的产品配置理论及其实现方法的研究具有重要意义。 本文通过对个性化定制和产品配置管理的研究现状和主要实现方法的分析,按照“个性信息表达+配置理论实现+实际应用验证”的模式对面向个性化定制的产品配置技术进行细致的研究。为了支持个性产品定制全过程,将信息模型分为面向概念设计阶段的功能结构模型、面向技术设计阶段的结构配置模型和面向施工阶段的零部件模型,三个模型集成后形成一种能支持个性化产品定制的信息模型。在基于此模型理论的基础上,引入了客户需求域和特征表达域的概念,为实现从客户的定制条件转化到产品具体结构特征提供了方法,并建立了客户需求域→功能组合域→原理表达域→结构配置域→特征表达域的层次型产品配置模型。在产品配置过程中引入实例推理理论,应用最近相邻NN(Nearest-Neighbor)匹配函数计算相似实例之间的相似度,可大大提高产品配置效率。最后,建立了基于Web的虚拟个性化产品配置系统的整体框架,应用减速器定制实例证明:该方法根据客户的需求,可方便地配置出相应的个性化产品,满足大批量定制生产的要求。

【Abstract】 Individual Customization is considered as one of the most important production mode in 21st century. As a primary theoretical basis to carry out individual customization, product configuration has been paid more and more attention to by many enterprises. Undoubtedly, the research on configuration theory and the implement method has great practical significance.In the paper, on the basis of the research status and realizing methods of Individual Customization and Product Configuration, a systematical and thorough research on Product Configuration for Individual Customization was carried out with the strategy of "information expression + theory implementation+ application verification". In order to support the whole process of Individual Customization, the information model is divided into function structure model facing concept design phase、 structure configuration model facing technology design phase and model of parts and units facing construction design phase. Based on the theory of this information model, the concepts of customer requisite domain and feature expressive domain are introduced, which provides the method for the transformation from the customer’s requirements to product’s structure. A kind of layered product configuration model is proposed, which takes on the mapping frame(Customer Requisite Domain to Functional Composing Domain to Theory Expression Domain to Structural Configuration Domain to Feature Expression Domain). In the process of configuration, This paper introduced the theory of CBR and using the NN matching function to calculate the similarity among similar cases, so the efficiency increased greatly. At last, the whole frame of the virtual customization system has been founded based on the Web in this paper. Taking the cone gear customization as an example improved that the configuration method can be used to configure conveniently the individual products and meet the demands of client and mass customization.
